I just got hammered on 7 and 7s and played nba jam for the genesis.

Scotty Pippen threw up a 1/2 court shot before the buzzer but they didn't count it.

Fuck them

That's actually the way to remember shit I guess.

I was listening to a radio programme (odd spelling for Starmongoose) and the guest was a guy who came up w/ a memory programme.

He teaches people how to memorize data in a short amount of time using his system. I guess he holds a guinness record for having memorized so many shuffled decks of playing cards in the order they are dealt.

So just straight up remembering numbers is hard to do, association is what really causes your brain to hang on to pertinent data

Yeah from what i remember your computer will be doing most of the math. You just have to know where everything has to go, and what it all means.

And even then, if you do have to do math, it's not like it's calculus or anything.

The loading screens for portal 2 are more interesting than that crap

it's a misconception that accountants have to be good at math. you have to know more about law and policy it seems and lets face it, excel.

It's nice to see you guys get your Associate's degrees. I skipped mine and I'm working on my Bachelor's degree. It would have taken me an extra year of college to get an Associate's degree + a Bachelor's degree, so I didn't bother. Plus, an Associate's degree in accounting is as useful as toilet paper with shit stains on it.

I'm a RN, for the most part you can get by w/an Associate's b/c you get the same "nursing" education as someone w/ a bachelor's for the most part. The person w/ the bach is getting more elective type crap and management level stuff.

Sadly, most hospitals are only hiring bachelor's RNs so I'm stuck in hospice until i get mine or some experience and level up.

My +1 is an accountant. She makes some pretty serious dough.

So good for all of you going that route.

I know ya'll be sick of me talking about Dead Space... but I went back to my impossible play through and the game gains A LOT with increased difficulty. Even though it's my 3rd play through and I know what's coming the added difficulty and lessened amount of ammo adds a lot of anxiety

Actually you bring up a good point. A great deal of the game is based on vocal talent, maybe they got shitty voice actors and a crappy translation?

....

NAH you're right. Not enough titties or up skirt cams

I don't know most of the things on that list but I bet I wouldn't play any of them.

Japan and Western gamers want different shit for the most part, which is no surprise.

My heart goes out to the japanese gamer-hipsters playing good western games like portal 2

Is it because guys in coats flash their pee-pees?

I don't know why everyone hates on the 360 version. So what if it has some jaggies (you never notice them really) but it has the better shadows and lighting.

on the portal 2 site they have the soundtrack for free download.

Why can't you wear a coat to this thing?

I really like the movement and animation through the environment. Everything looks great.

I can't tell you how good it feels to get a job and get paid. My hours are all over the place (in a few weeks I'll have a few 60 hour weeks) but for an entry level position w/ only an associates degree (getting my bach) I'm doing ok.

I was out of work for over a year and the stress near the end before I got hired was unbearable... and shit is only going to bet better.

Being unemployed and a total load was the worst year of my life. I'm surprised +1 went through that tough time w/ me and didn't dump my ass.
