RE #2 on your bad list.

I make an effort to keep in touch w/ someone... but if they don't call me back I don't call them. It always seems like the onus falls on me to keep in touch with people but fuck it.

I had these two chick friends in recent school. We hung out after graduating but at one point they were always busy. So i said "give me a holler if you're free."

Nothing. Months later one texted me and said you forgot the other girl's bday. I texted back "oops, I'm an asshole."

Today I ran into one of them at a store in a random place. She totallly walked right by me.

Friendship is a two way street. If you don't make an effort to contact me don't get all pissy when I don't

Shadow Complex is probably one of the best games i've played this gen. Great graphics, decent story, fun boss battles against big mechs.

I also played the fuck out of Defense Grid. Some of the later levels there were pretty challenging.

It's been a while since I've picked up a new xbla "exclusive" title.

Earthworm Jim HD looks great graphically... but it's not as fun to me as it once was.

Portal is of course amazing but most people probably played that on pc or soemthing else.
5733  The Rest / The Helper Monkey / question about mass effect import files on: April 30, 2011, 11:01:05 PM
So I played and beat ME1. Used that "career" to play another run-through. Beat it again. Using same career to play through again and plan on beating it again.

My question, for which I demand prompt and serious replies, is will I have three different options to import into ME2? B/C I'm doing things slightly different each time.

beats me. i found out about this by just looking at amazon and it came up for suggested titles. it's cheap, and reviews are decent.

I think the other one was too hard or some jive.

I'm so happy.  All B's and up on my semester... surprising, since I slacked so much by the end, and studied so little for exams.

I also just bought an artbook I've BEEN DYING FOR, FOR YEARS on sale, 40% off on eBay (bleh, but...) within 10 MINUTES of the sale ending.  I pissed off the seller previously, so I had to register real fucking fast with a different e-mail.  Got it, within one minute of the sale being over.  I went and hugged my dog.  ..... this is excitement in my life.... fuck...

what book?

and nice job on the grades.

Ah!!  Thank you Yoda, I appreciated and was flattered by the support despite our distance and only knowing you through occasional banters over RPGfan.  :)

I promise to be equally supportive of you and finding a job.  Just remember, Canada needs and is looking for doctors and medical staff. :D
It'd be nice having you, we have only finest maple syrup, and BEAVER as our national animal.

I got a job! I give morphine to people about to kick the bucket!

Was surprised Lara Croft didn't make it on the Honorable Mentions list. Also, regarding this quote from the Chun-Li writeup:

Quote
She is also not a fanservicey sex object. Her outfit offers her full body coverage while allowing free movement of her legs to fight effectively.

Lets be honest here, she usually wears no pants while her moves include a series of fully extended high kicks and an upside down spinning splits. Long story short, almost everything she does involves a panty shot of some sort. Its Japan, you really cant escape it. Over all it was an interesting read though.

Yeah I thought that was funny.

Since everyone else seems to be coming out. I have to admit something. I'm actually bisexual. I know you never saw this one "coming." And I'm a pervert. Sorry for ruining everyone's day I know how it must feel to have such a sweet innocent girl as I to admit to being a pervert.

What's more annoying, the wedding or all the people on FB complaining or saying they don't care about the wedding?

I might pick this up over the summer to get me through to the big fall releases. This slipped under my radar for sure. It seems fun enough
5745  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: A dark game? on: April 29, 2011, 11:47:32 AM
Well, I think we decided on our games. It appears we're getting Persona, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, and LA Noire. Sounds good to me.

Good call on LA Noire. If anything RPGFan should be reviewing that, such as 999 and other interactive type stories.
