I'm with Grim. The ending of Sunshine was awful weak.
All of a sudden there's this new character we were hardly introduced to just murdering people. I sort of get his motives, but introducing a guy like that just put me in the wrong mood. My other beef about the movie was how quick to violence some of the crew was. You think in order to be on the spaceship that is Earth's last hope they'd do some psychological profiling for fuck's sake. "We don't have enough air? We need to kill some people I guess"
Moon was simply amazing. Though there was a potential plothole I don't get.
OK so they show Sam A entering the garage and taking a truck to the harverster. There are two trucks in the garage and he takes one and crashes it. Sam B eventually finds the wrecked truck and brings back Sam A. Sams A and B eventually go out in their own direction to search. How can they do that were they only had one truck?
I loved the music in Moon, and the really great and subdued atmosphere of the moon.
Gerty's emoticons ruled as well.
