One minor grippe.  Some of the more chase type fights are a bit more shaky cam than i would like

I have to ask about Civil War, though... does the entire plot happen in the course of a week like "Age" of Ultron?

After some setup and some very good flashbacks it's all within a day or two because they're given a deadline.

I love seeing movies at the theater as long as it's not crowded. Thankfully my job allows me to go during the day during the week so it's all good

Civil War is verry good and all the characters are fantastic. It was good to see a movie that didnt look like cgi megacheese. Im sure there was enough of it but this looked like a real solid action movie from the 90s. Spider Man was amazing (haw haw) but he looked "the most cgi" out of everything. His voice was the perfect level of young michael j fox too.

Not much of an ending though. Youre thrilled throughout then the movie ends

Through luck I managed to snag one of these a few days after the event. I havent read the stormlight archive yet but this is a cool book. Really good quality

I hope this gets an e-book version.  I'd love that for my Kindle.  There's so much to keep track of in that series, that the pocket companion would be sweet.

Since I haven't read the books I did not look at this too closely. It is only 30 pages, maybe less. Looks more like something cool to have and I jumped on it

Here's the silver screen look for the Power Rangers (2017). What do you guys think?

Source: SuperHeroHype/Entertainment Weekly

There's a Tron/Transformers joke in there somewhere, but I'm having a hard time finding it under all that clumsy, overdesigned blockiness. Seriously, Blue Ranger there looks like he's being propped up, Weekend at Bernie's style.

Spandex is out

When I graduated with my finance in December 2013, I put in about 50 applications and only had one interview. I was fed up, so I went back to school for accounting and did the exact opposite of everything I had done prior. I just assumed my GPA would land me a job, but it didn't. I had to work a shitty retail job in the meantime, but I made sure to do whatever I could to get a job. I joined Beta Alpha Psi, an accounting fraternity with the connections to the businesses in the area. I even became the treasurer for a semester before I graduated. They had a mentoring program in which they paired us up with an accounting professional 10+ years into his or her career. I took advantage of that while most did not. I attended the majority of networking events that I could, and this is coming from someone who doesn't enjoy being around a lot of people.

In the end, I did everything I could, even the things I didn't enjoy, to get a job I like. Sure, I have to work crazy hours some parts of the year, but I make good money for the most part (especially for the Midwest where the cost of living is low) and I get raises and constant promotions for at least the first 7-8 years, depending if I even stay that long or bolt to another accounting job for a 30% pay raise.

So, as someone who has been in your shoes, the only one limiting yourself is you.

When I got my nursing degree it took me about a year to find a job. I was so frustrated becaus everyone always says how in demand nurses are. It was terrible
