I celebrated Agent D's birthday by getting called into work, working only 4 hours, going for a run along Chicago's excellent lakefront, getting Pho for lunch, and taking a nap after.

It's my birthday tomorrow. I'm celebrating by waking up at 5 to go to work...

Joy.

You're an adult. Get used to it.

Want the whole class to bring in brownies? Well they can't. Kids and their allergies

So I don't much follow futbol but I have to admit that I always say I'm an Arsenal fan only because the name is awesome. The name of the team is a place they keep weapons. That's awesome

My vision isn't so good lately and I read that as "brain flake"

Which made the second sentence a little stranger.

It's Mesh... it's not like he wouldn't say that.

Clueless, I hope everything works out well for your mom and your poochie, and I'm glad to see your own personal health is at a high point right now. Here's to a long life of miserable work, bitchy children, a moaning husband, and good fortune to live long enough to become a cranky old woman and piss your kids off so good.

Sometimes, that one possibility is all that drives me to even want a family. I eagerly look forward to being as much of a douche to my kids as my dad has become in his old age to me.

Always look on the bright side of life ~

I want to have kids to have something to talk about during my standup routine.

Have I mentioned I'm Louis CK?

I had my surgery yesterday and got my port removed.  I should be happy that I am in remission and no longer need my port, but I got hit with terrible news on Monday.  Found out my mom has stomach cancer and the sweet stray dog we found has heart worms.  The hits just keep coming.

Deep Space 9 is excellent and it's been too long since I've watched through it.
