I just shot a man on the street with one of my coworkers. There were a number of people who said "we should be celebrating the fact that we killed someone". But unfortunately, every one of them was affraid of a mentally retarded woman (I kid you not).
I have a history of alcoholism in my family. Not my father, my brother, or me but a few grandparents, great-grandparents and uncles. Two uncles died last year because of liver failure and alcoholism. They weren't abusive... they just drank themselves to death.
ME1 is one of my favorite titles ever. It starts off with a fun and exciting mission but after that you're doing some stuff on a space station. After that the game opens up for you to do side-quests or main missions in the order of your choosing. The space station part in the beginning was fun for me but it can probably seem like a drag to some people.
Stick with it, turn down the sound effects and dialog volumes and crank the music because it's the best sci-fi sounding stuff I've ever heard.
I'm not a ra-ra-ra we got him guy waving flags and shit but I'm not against all that either.
We didn't bomb the hell out of a place and kill bystanders. We used a tactical squad to go and take out one of the biggest symbols against western culture and the free world and a man responsible for death and murder all over the world in a efficient manner. Not only that but they disposed of his body in a respectful manner. He wasn't strung up on a lampost or paraded around washington d.c.
Celebrate his death if it suites you.
His death should mean closure to more than just americans. He's targeted people all over the world.
