She has got to be joking. No one is that stupid.

Please....confirm this?

Yeah... it has to be

You know what? I'd put it in her

The unfortunate part is that she isn't just trolling.  You can gauge her by her earlier videos, including her first one where she bitches about her Macbook.  She is completely authentic about this.

Did you see the one where she takes the good fight up against WoW

edit: this can't be real, right?
6063  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: 8.9 (9.0?) Earthquake hits Japan. on: March 14, 2011, 06:04:20 PM

Apparently, the earthquake was all thanks to this girl's prayer.  She's on the fast track to most dislikes on Youtube, ever.

I respect (sensible) people's religious beliefs... but not this shit

"Look at Japan, that is a direct answer to our prayers"

There's no facepalm palmy enough for that.

edit: someone just put her address up in the comments.

I just looked up criminal girls...

I fear typing that into the allmighty google machine.
I'm just coing to assume it's worse than what I'm thinking it is... because I'm not japanese and am sane.

Let me break it down for ya.

A crappy looking JRPG in which the battles seem to be mostly static with the bad guy in the center and your four sad looking criminal girls surrounding it.

Your criminal girls are chix wearing prison stripes, basically one big shirt. There's a couple big and busty ones and a few not busty.

There's some sort of punish mode. Where the girl you are punishing is depicted in the corner of the screen w/ a whip or some other s&m thing next to her. She looks basically like an infant w/ breasts. I guess there's some sort of rhythm game where if you beat her just right you're treated to several revealing dots that pause in front of a suggestive drawing of your criminal girl in a pose. If you're good enough at the game you get a brief glimpse at cleavage or her honeypot.

I'd rather see more Star Wars catastrophes than a new Matrix
6067  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Vagrant Story, 97 MB of pure quality on: March 14, 2011, 03:19:54 PM
Can anyone help with this downloading Vagrant Story...thanks.

Stand near your wireless router. Turn on your psp. Make sure the wireless network button on the psp is turned on. Log into the psn store. Find downloadable games. Select vagrant story. Buy it. Wait for it to download.

It currently isn't on Amazon. When you buy a game from amazon that is a digital download you get a code to input into PSN.

Clock Tower, you guys playing snes or playstation?

My friend died, and you get to respawn in that game. He's coming back to us, but then my traumatized friend sees something turning the corner, panics and proceeds to empty his clip at it. Friend dies again. We laugh, and he's on his way back again. Traumatized friend sees something turning the corner AGAIN, panics and guts it down. We're rolling on the floor at this point and the guy leaves the game, never to play it again.

Oh god that's funny. That reminds me of this:

(over dramatic but funny at times)

They might not, but I'll take it
6070  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: Anxiety and Terror in games on: March 14, 2011, 02:49:02 AM
Oh god I hate chase sequences in games too. I can't think of one that freaked me out right now but something similar is Friday the 13th for NES.

You'd be chillin in some cabin then *LOUD NOISE* Jason is there and murders your ass.

Plus the whole game kids are getting killed. I remember playing that as a kid and thinking it was scary/odd that this game was based around kids getting murdered. This wasn't goombas or ninjas and that freaked me out a bit.

Of course now I look at it and go "what a terrible... terrible game."

Those pictures are freaky. Again, when I was a youngin my cousins all had garbage pail kid cards. They disturbed me

Now they're just a grosser version of edward gorey's stuff.

I had never heard of albert odyssey until this thread... looked it up and it's very interesting, but the battles look painfully slow.

I'm sitting here listening to the tristram village theme from diablo and it reminded me of the butcher encounter early on in that game. Now when that game came out I was 14 and no stranger to games of all sorts and horribly violent movies. But something about that just scared the living crap out of me, especially the way line of site works in that game. Open that door and you get a glimpse of that guy storming around the room.

Well of course, it's supposed to be a bit scary. But being anxious about a game has happened plenty of times.

Most recently it's big action titles. Games like Dead Space for example. I've had that game for a few months now and haven't made it past chapter 2. I fucking love it. I think the anxiety comes from not knowing exactly how I'm going to get my ass handed to me in that game. It also does a damn good job of making me feel isolated and vulnerable.

Also this happens in non-scary games as well. I was just playing Sonic 1 the other day and doing the robotnik battle in labyrinth zone. The ever rising water and trying to dodge shit left me a nervous wreck lol.

Does anyone else experience this at times?
6073  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: RPGs for beginners on: March 14, 2011, 02:05:28 AM
It is funny you mention that about peer pressure and WoW. My cousin (who happens to be one of my best buds) is a WoW addict. The few times I manage to get him away from it, be it a movie or bar, people he usually plays with CALL HIM UP and practically beg him to log on.

Not that I think it's weird that you'd develop social connections from a game (or a message board ) but to be at a bar and have 3-4 phone calls to get your ass online is a bit much. I felt like I was watching the Guild.

the amount of dialog in red dead is unreal. I'm playing a mission where you break the rebel leader guy out of jail. I got near the end but I rode my horse off a cliff and died. On the 2nd try they had a completely different conversation during the mission.

Pretty cool, but two unique conversations for one situation is far out

The flower shops scene is epic.

Also, that's how starmongoose throws a football.
