Maybe you wouldn't starve if you didn't buy all those fantasy books and pokemons

I'm working on a review for Torchlight on XBLA, and it caused me to find out that XBLA games are limited to 200 points.  It's a bummer, because there are some decent Steam achievements on the PC version, but they had to drop them.  On XBLA, finishing the main story will get you all of the achievements.  :(

On the upside, that will make a grand total of 1 game where I've gotten all of the available points.  I'll try for an achievement/trophy if I think it looks fun, but if it gets boring or incredibly annoying, I'll usually move on.  Too many games, not enough time. :)

I hate the 200 point cap for xbla titles. I totally would've had most of the ones for Defense Grid (I fucking love that game lol) in fact I only need one more achievement but it's damn hard.

The kind of ach's I like are probably more associated w/ difficulty.

I'm not an achievement whore in the sense that I'll play crappy games just for an easy 1000, but lately I've had the need to get all the achievements for the games I enjoy.

Last weekend I finished everything on Oblivion... it feels odd to be done w/ that game after all that time.

The only other game I have 100% is on 1v100 lol. I fucking MISS that game. That was a ton of fun and it made me sad when they took it away.

I plan on 100%ing Mass Effect 2 and maybe Dragon Age: O (depending on if I have a decent amount of save points to work from)

I'd also like to get everything for fallout 3 if I can get the DLC I need for cheap.

What are the games you've gotten everything on?

Enjoy your pre-order bonuses guys.

Enjoy trolling this thread, telling everyone how disappointed you, a great hardcore old-school RPG gamer,  are in DA2 and those who are buying it.

So I cleared the final stage last night.

The game is really difficult, but it rewards repetition and learning through trial and error.

Once you learn key tricks(which the tutorial videos and in-game sheep dialogues help with), the levels become worlds easier, but you still have to think on your feet, especially during the boss fights.

The story is great, but way, way too much dialogue in the endgame. There was almost an hour of dialogue after the final stage, no joke.

Since you have to restart a lot how quick is that process? Are you forced to watch a lot of cutscenes etc before you can play again?

I'm trying to finish a game of Dragon Age:  Origins to use with Dragon Age 2.  Considering that the only thing I've done so far is the Circle of Magi, I think it's safe to say I won't make it. :P  I have a day off tomorrow, but I don't think I can possibly get in enough gaming in that amount of time.

Maybe, maybe not. But go for it!

How much unlock-able stuff was there in this game?

DLC costumes is going too far imho. There's no way this game shouldn't be loaded with unlockables.
