Anyone else feel.....geekier than normal talking about potential voice actors...for a video game???
I don't know about that but I've never met a woman with gaming knowledge beyond tetris and farmville outside of the internet, it's weird, gaming is pretty popular here but it's only with males. It's good to know that it's not like this everywhere. The industry isn't really doing anything to capture the female audience anyway. I think it's pretty cool that despite the male oriented mentality this industry has, some women like yourself are able to get into this to the point of being hardcore enough to know the names of the voice actors in some obscure japanese roleplaying game.
Yeah it's an odd feeling being outclassed in videogame knowledge by a chick. Then again, I doubt I'll ever follow the careers of voice talent for videogames.
