Dice is sexist

Silly me, I forgot

And a feminist.  You'll see me standing outside parliament burning my bra.

...the hell?

Enjoy the music in Wizard of Oz, it was the one thing I liked.  Oh, that and the compellingly strange Japan-ified redesign for good ol' Dorothy.

No need to burn your own bra. Send unwanted garments to

The dialog in spartacus blood and sand and gods of the arena is incredible

"words fall from your mouth as shit from ass"

"and what I wonder does good Selonius receive for convincing me to spread cheeks and accept deeper ramming?"

This year is going to be rough on my social life and bank account

At least 4 games that will deliver 30-40 hours gameplay and two of those for sure at least 50 (dragon age 2 , skyrim)

Yeah. My friend bought that and we spent hours just causing mayhem... I haven't had that much fun w/ a sandbox game since Vice City.

As far as I know Chicago took this in stride. Lake Shore Drive was shut down all night and parts of the morning, and people that were foolish or desperate to drive overnight got caught in drifts blowing around, but today bus service and most of the train service was up.

Not like pissy NYC, which had to shut down :P

I'll take pics later.

I came down to my 'rents house the other night b/c I knew they'd need help digging out. We have a snow drift in our driveway like I've never seen before.

Eating toast and praying now.

Honestly, there's not that much snow here. Maybe because I grew up much further north, I'm used to it. The amount of snow we got was a "normal" day when I was a kid.

("Back in MY day" etc.)

Also, I love being able to go back to bed and sleep in til 1pm. :D

Where are you at?

This was a big deal because of the high winds and the amount of snow. Apparently it's the 3rd biggest snowfall in Chicago history, but it probably made a difference where you lived. My friend in the South Loop only had a foot or so outside. Here in the South Burbs well... (uploading pics... photobucket is taking forever)

I'm so glad our big snow is over with. Ah, how I missed the rain.

What passes for "snow" in the UK? When the Whigs take off their...wigs and wig powder goes flying?

I find Two and a Half Men to be terrible.

But who am I to judge... I find enjoyment in Mike and Molly.
