I got your bra covered.

America's Test Kitchen rules. We already have one of their books and we watch the show all the time.

Was thinking of this book

http://www.amazon.com/Ratio-Simple-Behind-Everyday-Cooking/dp/1416571728/ref=sr_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1292373059&sr=1-6

Something a bit different than a list of recipes. It sounds interesting but not too sciency.

Well we decided to not spend too much money this year since the condo needs a lot of work.

It's cold in our place (i'm taking steps to fix that) and I'm getting +1 a comfy robe, slippers, and socks. (we're the kind to wear PJs as soon as we come home).

I'm also going to get her a cookbook of some sort. Probably one from lidia bastianich (her favorite) or some sort of foodie type book. She's also looking for a good and fun game to play in spurts so I'm going to get her Katamari.

She told me to stuff my videogame list up my ass (not really).

The newest Twilight was god awful and hilarious. People like what they like and Maker shine upon them but I think this is garbage.

1/2 the damn series seems to be about either vampires or werewolves babysitting some not-even-attractive broad. Some of the concepts in the series are cool, like the newborn army (as ridiculous as that sounds), but there is almost no plot. She likes Jacob. She likes Eddie. She's hanging out with vamps, she's hanging out with doggies.

We watched it and LOLed our way through it. I had a few chocolate milks and made popcorn.

I heard daybreakers IS a good movie and we'll watch that next.

This interviewer would fit in nicely on Fox News

A great fucking way to get minerals and shit is salvaging from a battle. Have a space battle, or maybe an assault mission and then you just recover items. The harder the mission, the better the payoff.

The problem is with space battles in the ME universe. If you read the codex crap from ME1 they say that it's basically huge capital ships in a battle of attrition. Fighters are basically suicide attacks because automatic targeting vaporizes them

I play against Xur and his Armada.

So yeah, it's pretty much life or death

People dogging on the Mako are fools. Yeah, aiming a cursor at a planet was much more entertaining. I'm sure if you looked at the time, driving to all the minerals or whatever in ME1 took about the same time as cursoring planets in ME2. At least in ME1 you know where everything was, in ME2 it was possible to miss shit.

That aside I may look into this as someone who only has the PSX version (namely because it came with Chrono Trigger).

This thread is about FFIV. FFV was the game that came with Chrono Trigger on the PSX. Unless the conversation got switched to FFV and I missed that.

I haven't played IV since my SNES days. If I had played earlier remakes I'd be a bit sore they aren't releasing other things we haven't had or making new material.

Depending on price and release time I'll get this.

I'd rather play IV on the psp than the DS because I don't like the 3d visuals on the ds. weird perspective
7049  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on: December 12, 2010, 10:18:13 AM
ES V is STILL using the fucking Gamebryo engine.

Haven't they learned this thing doesn't work yet?

If ES 5: ES 4 :: Fallout NV: Fallout 3 then I won't be a happy camper.

I just hated the way you earned points to level in oblivion. If you didn't do shit just right you were screwed.

I hope they fix the leveling system

Speaking of Uncharted 3... November 1 2011 release date.
