Anyone here use this programme?

I need to get some basic understanding of a 2nd language (Polish or Spanish, my choice) and was wondering if anyone had any experiences they could share.

How often and how long did you use it, for instance?

giod I love Dragon Age....

but my hero looked like an absolute toolbag. He kind of looked like Tim Allen in heavy plate

That's cool.

I don't mind being left with questions but in a

series with 11k pages and the hero has access to the end all be all magic at page 750 or so I'm left wondering how they'll develop the story.
I'm just curious as to where it's going and I'm concerned about how the story gets there.

I'll keep reading though, I'm intrigued.

After the umbrella academy I'll start book 2.

My thoughts after finishing Eye of the World
Quote
The book was a great adventure but the ending seemed to jump out of nowhere. I can buy the part w/ the green man since they explained how he appears at random to those in need. But all of a sudden Rand can summon the power and slay like crazy? Do they explain at any point that the dragon reborn would be able to use the power without going mad? If so I forgot. After 800 pages I can't be expected to remember everything :)

My apologies.

My brain is fried

Can anyone recommend a non-samurai live-action Japanese film?
I tried one... but it played out like a (bad) anime.

Every single Kurosawa movie outside of like...Ran, Throne of Blood, Sanjuro...well it's a lot.  High and Low was really good.  Rashomon as well.  I would still recommend Ran and Throne of Blood though.

Non samurai?

Had another one. A bunch of friends and I were playing mario 3 and trading off lives. Well my one friend took too many turns. Also all the power ups were wrong. The squirrel suit was all blue and shit.

How come Nintendo didn't take a lesson from the PSP and include dual analogs? In games designed for 3D environments it seems ridiculous not to have that.

Which PSP are you playing? Mine only has an analog on the left side, and I never use it anyway because it sucks.

I'm referring to the fact that the PSP only has one analog stick and how that is a hindrance to game design.

I also just finished watching BSG from start to finish and all of the special features as well.  It still amazes me with the amount of layers and hidden meanings for many aspects of the series. It's really easy to draw your own conclusions about the why and how of many story points.  Easily in my top 5 programs ever.

I've now started season 1 of the "V" remake.  I'm about 7 or 8 episodes in and it shows some promise.  Kind of funny that I've already seen Tori and Sam from BSG and Alex Krychek from X-Files. :/

I was being a little hard on BSG in my other post. BSG isn't perfect but it's damn damn good.

My favorite character has to be Baltar's defense attorney. That guy fucking rules.

When I used to play Homeworld nonstop I had some awesome dreams about commanding fleets. That ruled.
