If you're really, REALLY old school, Gerk is an 8 bit RPG in the spirit of Ultima, and Star Traider ROG is like a pen and paper RPG with minimal graphics, more or less in the same family as the original Pirates!

You know, with the way the 3d works on this thing, a port of Muramasa: the demon blade would look sick with those multi layered backgrounds.

Even if the game does not exactly support it, it's not too hard to set up chat groups on a 360 with people on your friends list. I use that much more often than game chat. It cuts down on the dumbassery.

There's a lot that looks similar to DS1. The MC and female in the front look like the MC and Yoohoo from the last one.  That guy in the back left looks like the gang leader from the previous one too.
