I've played about 11 hours of Suikoden V and I just got to right after I ask Raja for help at Raftfleet. Boz seems to be an interesting enough character; made me laugh a few times.
I dunno, I think I'm taking this too slow, or am I going too fast?
EDIT: Reason I've only played this much is because I've been playing a lot of Guild Wars lately.

I went to EB this morning and picked up Suikoden V and both the Xenosaga's. I looked for any of the SMT games but I didn't find any.
And I'm waiting for Tales of the Abyss to make it here before I buy.

It could be awhile before I quit gaming completely. I'll every once in awhile take a break from gaming though, because of the stuff going on in life. Like when I'm in school I don't really play much, but once summer hits I catch up on the games that I miss.
As of for the next-gen, I will be getting the Wii first. I will eventually get the rest of the systems after many years and quite a few price drops later.

I see where you are coming from, but I'm happy to know they are bringing over these games even if they do suck.
They could just throw up the middle finger to us western gamers and never localise another RPG game again, but then we would never know if which ones suck or which ones will be awesome. Least they have some respect for us and they do provide us some games to play.
And think about it, if we bought all the RPG's that came out during the course of a year and they see that we actually will buy them, they will have more incentive to bring over a lot of the better quality RPG's that the Japan based consumers and only them get to enjoy.

I know enough musical instruments.
And I meant game wise. If this is your preferred genre to play and you only get 3 games a year, what other kind of games are you going to play?

Oh God, I totally disagree. Too many RPGs are being released now. And a lot of them range from aboslute shit to just plain mediocre. I remember the days when you'd get one to three RPGs a year and they were all awesome. Now you just get too many damned sub-par fillers. And apparantly I disagree with you. What are you supposed to do when you completed those three games a year? Seriously, I would like to know.

I'm pretty happy that RPG's have gone a little more mainstream though. That just means the more games I can play.

Alright, thanks for the information.
I just realized something. If I bought all the games that I wanted from this thread, I'd be so broke.
