What about the 'collector's" who want physical copies of things? Will digital distribution satisfy the need to have the copy in hand as it were. I mean I know that if there is no other option most would, I imagine, rather have a copy in whatever form than none at all, but I wonder if this facet of the gaming community will become a "force" or if most would capitulate rather easily when faced with the alternative.

So...about 15 hrs into Ar Tonelico and so far I love the innovate mechanics and quirky characters, story is developing nicely as well...so far. I seem to be stuck on Ys: Felghana (it seems I should be having a boss battle but I have gotta be doing something stupid wrong because it isn't triggering) and started Saiyuki earlier, so far it's a nice change of pace., especially after Drakengard kicked my ass time and time and time again.

I received two different copies of this as a present. If anyone is interested in one let me know. I didn't get any artwork or manual, just the UMD, which tested fine on my PSP. I looked on EBAY and prices are between $12-15 for completed listings, Amazon runs $12 and up. I'll let it go to a member here for $11 shipped (or even trade for any PSP or PSX RPG's I don't have), Offer for US, although I will ship it overseas but shipping will add some $$.

Too funny really, because I do cook chicken @4 times a week, fish or pork once and at least once we have breakfast for dinner (turkey ham, bacon and sausage, egg beaters, English muffins, sometimes pancakes instead, and sometimes Canadian bacon, yum)

It could be worse, in the 10 yrs me and the little lady have been together she has never, ever responded to the question "what do you want for dinner tonight?" in any way other than "I don't know...what do you want?"...and I do all the cooking, just once I'd like to hear ANYTHING other than that, for the love of God pick something!!, lol.

So just finished Lunar 2, man that last area had more fights than any dungeon I've ever seen I do believe. that was crazy. Great ending though, really fun game.

I'm old...the "Force" was real...and with enough concentration I could harness it.

A: sanc·ti·mo·ni·ous/ˌsaNG(k)təˈmōnēəs/
Adjective: Making a show of being morally superior to other people.

B: We all have problems, some may be more serious that others and some may be thought of as more serious than others. I won't get into too much detail about my own but honestly I use collecting and playing games as a way of escaping, albeit for a brief period, the health issues my girlfriend of 10 yrs (3 yrs now sick and still fighting the good fight) has and I come here to relax and read, normally, wonderful information about other games. So, sorry to sound like a jerk but please...read A: and do what you feel you need to do but get off your damn high horse and try and be a tad less judgmental.

Work week finally comes to an end, two days off finally, man what a long week (mentally that is)/

I agree, but while I would love a Persona 5 I almost think I'd rather something totally new. That is one of the major attractions to me about SMT games, while similar they are also different in ways to make it fun and interesting.

I kept my son away from some games until he was 16, unfortunately for him he still has to not let his mother (we're divorced) know about some of the games he has. It's not right I know but she is a tad silly about some things i.e. demons especially (but some nudity is OK, go figure)

So..I got tired of dying in Drakengard..so put in Ar Tonelico, now which one keeps my interest....
1063  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: What's the haps? on: July 14, 2011, 10:32:13 PM
Funny you say that, he also gave me two games, one was Fifa 2004 and the other was that one! Score there!
1064  The Rest / General Discussions / Re: What's the haps? on: July 14, 2011, 09:47:19 PM
Yeah, but I have a Wii so...while free it's somewhat redundant, he actually thought he had a Dreamcast, which I don't need either but still, lol, it was free.
