Well, vacation week is over, start my new position bright and early tomorrow, gonna be a loooong week! But I am looking forward to the new challenges (and the huge increase in pay doesn't hurt, lol)

I'm not sure how to feel about this. I loved Nier, I couldn't bring myself to finish Drakengard and I actually have never played 2. So....call me interested a bit I guess. Good thing is that what you guys are for, lol. After it comes out I feel confidant I will learn everything I need to know here, or at least enough to make a decision on whether to get it or not.

Annubis, so sorry to hear that. It's so odd when something like that happens, just seems so surreal and yet so real at the same time, if that makes sense.

LOL, that is what the Little Lady needs. I swear my cat has NEVER forgiven her for bringing another cat into the household!

So...let's see I'm at level 43 with Oliver, I have about 55 familiars and I just left the area where the pirate is at, forgot his name already (a little over 50 hours logged so far) and right now I am simply fighting in the cliff area around Mamoon leveling up some newer familiars I got. And so far I love pretty much everything about this  game. The side quests keep me occupied and yet not too bored, I love the art style and the battle system/alchemy/familiar raising is complex enough to keep me interested but not so difficult as to turn me off. And thanks Agent D I took what you said to heart and I don't leave any area until everything is running scared! I know some have said the game gets worse as it goes but so far I simply love it.

Last day at old office was yesterday. Employees bought me a huge cake, to say the least I am now sick of cake. A couple of my subordinates were visibly upset. I must admit it really made me feel good to know I was cared for and then my boss sat me down and told me he hated to lose me and if I ever needed anything to let him know, nice feeling. Now for a week off playing games and being worthless!



and I just noticed I am ignored by one member...does that mean I have arrived here, lol, seriously...wtf, lol, oh well, many more things in life to worry about.

Hmmm, somehow I just got my ass kicked in a boss battle in Glory of Heracles...perhaps I need to pay a little more attention to stuff in what I thought was a relatively simple game

NO, it's not you. It indeed does seem each game looks for a more violent, more bloody, and more over the top kill than the last one, but I loved all of the GOW games, not sure what that says about me.

Haps: off work today, first day off in a week, so playing games all freaking day! Working three days rest of week to finish some loose ends, taking all of next week off and then reporting to my new location on 18th, exciting times ahead (I hope).
