So I have decided Summon Night: Twin Age must have the highest difficulty curve of boss vs regular enemies I've ever seen!

This truly does look really great, wonderful premise and the music is so haunting. I'm sincerely looking forward to this one!

I don't know if I'd call it perfect, I can think of one issue I have off the top of my head, BUT Saiyuki is a special game. The story and characters are fantastic, the battle system is, for the most part extremely well balanced and provided me with a challenge without making me go WTF and the scroll system mentioned above provides a challenge, once again, without being so damn complicated I need four FAQs and three walkthroughs to understand it. Overall I think it's truly a great game with some very nice graphics with vibrant colors, especially considering the age.

PS my only real complaint alluded to above is sometimes the various battle areas will end up in a bottleneck where it's too much of a battle of attrition, not always but often enough to briefly annoy me, what did annoy me though was that because the game utilizes differerences in terrain way, way too much you simply cannot see WTF is going on, would have been nice if the landscapes would have become opaque so you could more easily see where to move and where movement was possible, but still overall it's a really good game.

Bought a couple of PSX games from Azrael, great deal and arrived earlier than quoted. Nice deal!

Most games I play for more than a few hours I finish, but here are a few that I feel I liked and I gave them enough of a chance but probably will never actually finish for one reason or another.

Final Fantasy X-2: just couldn't get into it, plus saw my son beat it so....
Odin Sphere: between lag and cheap deaths I about lost my mind
.hack (OUTBREAK): after INFECTION and MUTATION just felt like same old same old
Disgaea Hour of darkness: after 90 hrs I began to wonder does it have an end? lol
Drakengard: maybe one day, but damn I died ALOT
Folklore: I've tried several times...dunno...just get kinda bored
Persona PSP: wanted to love it but man, between encounter rate and difficulty of battles...
Star Ocean The Last Hope: how many reasons ya want?

Ridiculously long weekend at work, thank goodness I'm off next two days. Damn phone (from work) better not even ring!

Finished Ar Tonelico, really fun game but I felt that the first half was basically a graphic novel and the second half a dungeon crawler, could have used a little more balance. Still working through Saiyuki on PSX, just started Romancing SaGa on PS2 and about 2/3 way through Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions on PS3. Decided to relax and play Summon Nights: Twin Age on DS and still playing Persona on PSP. off work next two days, time to grind!

Flies...I hate flies, always loved insects, very neat creatures, but not flies, annoying little buggers. Dragonflies, now those are cool!

Cicadas are really neat though, not the most affectionate pet I wouldn't imagine but any interests in insects is educational and cool...if you're a young boy that is, lol.
