Gave into temptation, and am reading Shadow & Claw, the first half of the Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe.

I just finished that and I loved it. I'm going to start the second half soon. I just wish I could find a good site with info to help me comprehend some things in the book.

Took this picture tonight. I need to learn how to smile.

I've been reading the first half of the Book of The New Sun. This is my first time reading Gene Wolfe's work. It's pretty good so far.

The only anime I've watched recently was Monster. I finished that up last week.
Code:
Never before have I been so pissed off about so many badass characters being killed off. I was sad that Grimmer, Martin, Mauler and a few others died. All of the side characters seemed to meet unfortunate endings. Runge/Lunge turned into one of my favorite characters during the end of the series. I was cheering for him when he had his struggle with Roberto. It was strange hearing that Grimmer's friend had been Roberto. I thought Johann leaving the hospital in the last few seconds of the series was a great way to end it.

Steamboy was good but it wasn't anything special.

The 12th episode of Roots was really boring. It was the same blah blah blah what will we do Ovan isn't coming back crap that was the entire 11th episode. It looks as if Naobi and Ender have new PCs now and I have a feeling Tri-Edge will make a move very soon.

I picked up Karas: The Prophecy and watched the very beginning. It is very cool from what I've seen but it is kind of confusing.

The 10th episode of .hack//Roots was decent but more questions need to be answered now.
Code:
Why did Ovan go in the first place if he knew it was a setup and how did Naobi do all of this? What is Naobi searching for in Ovan's data that probably has something to do with the giant thing on Ovan. I'm also waiting for Tri-Edge to do something since we saw a glimpse of him I think two episodes ago. It seems as if Tawaraya is being isolated from the two members of TaN that we know about

I watched the latest .hack//Roots episode and it was okay. Nothing important happened because what is speculated to be the place where they will go to get the Key of the Twilight.

I'm probably going to read 1984 as my next book soon since I just read Animal Farm and I have been recommended the book several times. I finished up the Deadhouse Gates and it was good. It was still confusing. It had great new and old characters.

I finished Zeta Gundam and the ending was great but...
Code:
Until the last few episodes I still didn't think that many people had died and all of a sudden  characters died so quickly. I also feel sorry for Kamille and what happened to him.

I finished Kino's Journey and I finally get to finish Zeta Gundam up eventually since I got the last DVD today. The country with the books in Kino's Journey was really abstract and weird.

I watched two more Kino's Journey episodes and they were the coloseum ones.

I watched episodes 3-5 of Kino's Journey today. They were pretty good the railroad one was the worst. The Traveler named Kino voiced by Christ Patton did an awesome job and he did a pretty good job singing that song.

I bought the Kino's Journey thinpak because I've heard that it's really good and I'll probably watch the whole series tomorrow.

I finished Eragon and I hated it. It was just a ripoff of Star Wars plot elements with LOTR copies with no originality. It was a good children's book but not a good fantasy book. Now I'll start Roger Zelazny's 10-book Amber series in one volume that my friend gave to me.
