Seems like there is a LOT of content as far music and items, and mini-games... but $20 is too high. I'll bet the price feels right to you, after 3 years, and all that music and stuff, but $20 is when I start thinking about cost, as opposed to anything under $10... and I do talk myself out of buying stuff any chance I get.
Ah yes, pricing...the eternal bane of indie games. Maybe you're right and 20$ is too high, but I think it's worth every cent of it (well...of course I'm saying that, being the developer :P ) It's definitely not a stock RPG Maker game, and it will keep you occupied for many hours with a huge array of different challenges - of course there's lots of classic RPG gameplay with battling, levelling up and doing quests, but there is also tons of variations in minigames and sidequests.
Here's another minigame trailer for your viewing pleasure: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8j8pVU1mfQ
But thanks a lot for your positive feedback!
Not to nitpick, but you CAN do smoother coastlines/angles using tiles.
That's certainly possible, yes. Maybe I'm too oldschool, but I actually like the slightly blocky look of my landscapes - that's a matter of taste, I guess.
