there'll be requisitions that you can do over and over again by turning in materials and give you power and influence so don't worry too much about those. I'm just sitting on like 200 power, also, it does matter who you send on the war room missions so make sure to read what each of them want to do.

i got really annoyed in the hinterlands. those guys with shields are really hard to kill and i found myself far from camp with no potions. is there some kind of map? i mean theres a compass ype thing but it doesnt show boundries and such.

If you're a shield and sword warrior and you use your block when they attack, they get stunned. Or you can control cassandra to do it.

did a bunch of side stuff and then realized I shoulda prolly advance the story some to get more characters. Anyways, gonna do some multiplayer tonight, anyone have this on ps4?

edit= wow I just spent 4 and a half hours playing multiplayer with a friend. It's really addicting.

sadly I preordered from amazon so no preload for me, but hey, release date shipping for amazon prime means I'll definitely be on for multiplayer tommorow. Also read up the comics and some stuff on the wiki, quite a lot of stuff happens in them like you learn the fate of Wynne and Sten. Hopefully Inquisition has some codex entries or something to give you some kind of overview for the events in between the games.

Wow, a lotta hate for the AC series, I actually quite liked 3 and 4. Mainly liked them for the historical stuff, it's interesting how they weave actual historical figures into the plots and use them to influence the protagonists. The collectathon stuff is pretty tiring but that's mainly for people who like filling bars and getting achievements. It also helps that those games usually fall to about 20 bucks pretty fast. Heard the new one's good but just very unpolished and buggy.

Pretty much just looking forward to DA3, Persona Q and Guilty Gear for this year. Curious what your dragon age keep choices do affect because in ME3 it didn't feel like your choices in previous games did all that much except determine who was alive and who wasn't. Well, maybe Bioware learned from that but on the other hand I don't want those decisions to affect too much as it may confuse people who are new to the series. I know I had to look up some of the people you could've killed when I was doing the keep choices.

yeah it's like the mass effect 2 comic for ps3, you make all the major decisions on there to carry over. Apparently it can still see your main characters from one and 2 but the impact on 3 seems to be minimal anyways.

so hyped for this game, tuesday can't come soon enough. Seriously considering just getting the digital version and pre-loading it.Actually reading the dragon age comics right now to fill in some of the events between 2 and 3. It also seems like there's some sidestory that provides the background for Cole. Very glad they patched in the party chat for streaming on ps4 so now I don't haveta sound like I'm being haunted by ghosts anymore. But yeah, day 1 ps4 multiplayer yo.

hopefully mage helms look better in the upcoming one, most of the mage helms were really terrible looking in origins.

I very much agree with this vid actually, still on the fence about the expansion.

DA characters always look awful, at least in my opinion. just really don't like the visual style Bioware went with for the series.

they've got nothing on Bethesda character faces, need mods to deal with those atrocities.

Also, more and more hype for the multiplayer with every vid preview I watch. If people are gonna play on ps4, I'll definitely be on the multiplayer day 1.

pre-oredered the game because I'm pretty excited for the multiplayer actually, hopefully some people will have this on the ps4

Air-dashy or "Anime" fighting games have this tendency to get very complicated or bloated with systems with time, it's one of the main reasons they're rebooting Guilty Gear to try to tone down the insane number of systems they've gained over the years.  But yeah, a lot of people recently are getting into Under Night In-Birth because it's a good middle ground between Street Fighter and the air dash games and the new Guilty Gear looks a lot simpler than its predecessors.

After listening to the Natural Doctrine part I really wished they brought Front Mission 5 over here, it was meant to be the final game in the series and that game was really cool with its SRPG elements and mech customizing.

Really love how you can trade maps in Curtain Call and you can play international people in vs mode. A lot of the japanese players have really good farming maps to give away and that really encourages you to play the versus mode. Also, Added Cut is so powerful, I just made a party of 4 swordsmen with it and just slash everything to death.

Destiny and Theatrhym Curtain Call have been consuming my life, which since I'm now on vacation for a week means even more time spent farming both games. The profilecard map trading thing is useful though as the number of shards you get for clearing each boss for the first time is huge and some maps have 3 bosses. Gotta trade some friend codes

I hear the game is a bit of a disaster story and content wise. To be honest, form what I've seen its pretty much borderlands with more players and less stuff to do.
Not to say its a bad game, as I can't judge until I actually play it, but I it seems people are rather disappointed.

If you've seen the Angry Joe review on youtube, I agree with most of what he says about the game despite me enjoying this game a lot. The story does feel like they made a full story and then just cut it up to feed it to the players piece by piece through updates and stuff. I actually think this game is a lot better than borderlands, there's no humor or anything but the combat and controls are much better. Also, if you don't have a lot of free time or friends who play this game, the grind for upgrade materials will probably crush your soul. I don't feel the gear grind is too bad, mainly cause they're offsetting that right now with an event that straight up gives you a legendary helm and chestpiece and the next patch ups loot drops. Ultimately, this game is very much not a casual game, the enjoyment is there but it will take quite a big time investment that a lot of people either won't be willing or be able to put in. And I thought Bungie didn't put any MMO teamwork-needing mechanics in the game because they'd never done a semi-MMO before but then I played the raid and I guess they were saving the unique boss mechanics for the raids. Which is sad because I'm pretty sure like 80 percent of people will never get to play that raid.

Also Tooker, I always enjoy the shoutouts, does my self-esteem good.

they really need to add some more story and shit to this game OUTSIDE of payed expansions.

I've killed the same bosses so many times it's getting old. I've been stuck at the same level for over a week and a half and that's saying a lot since on my days off I play for quite a bit

what level are you now/ if you're 26 or above we can do the raid one of these days.
