I really like the ost for Divine Divinity

Divine Divinity - Song of the Wind
Divine Divinity - Stones and Trees
Divine Divinity - The Four Season's Changing

Morrowind is full of great music but the main theme always gets me.

The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind: Main Theme

Edit: For favourite I would pick the Morrowind Theme although it is in large part due to it evoking memories of playing the game.

I agree completely, that Morrowind themes evokes a lot of memories from me as well.

If I had to just pick one at random it would be the theme to the original Dungeon Siege

Just decided to randomly pick up Halo 4 and play through the campaign...it was okay. Dabbling a bit in the multiplayer now and it isn't as good as 3 to me but I definitely will sink some time into it. I generally avoid the fps genre (except for games of the Bioshock ilk) but it is nice to play a more arcade like shooter from time to time.

Completed The Last of Us and was blown away....but totally expected nothing less from Naughty Dog.

Currently playing State of Decay and I have to say, bugs aside, very cool game. Not everyone's cup of tea but I definitely appreciate what they were/are going for. Looking for another single player focused game this gen to play that isn't very time consuming.

Still plodding along in PS IV but not in a huge rush to complete that.... it has kinda been put on the back burner of my retro replays as I found a copy of Shadow Hearts: Covenant at a local pawnshop for $3. One of my biggest gaming regrets was giving this game to a friend, been wanting to replay it forever. One of my favorite RPG's of all time.

I loved the childlike excitement for Mega Man being in Smash Bros...Glad I wasn't the only one that had a mark out moment :D

Is it just the violence or has the gameplay something to do with it? I have not gotten it yet but everyone else seems to be singing its praises. Just interested on hearing the other side of the coin before I buy it. The wouldn't reccomend this to anyone really surprised me.

Adam Sessler said it better in his review so I'll let that do the talking for me:

"The violence is intimate and unsettling, amplified by the astonishing sound design throughout the game.

Its also completely consistent with the tone established throughout.

The effect of the violence on the player, at least with myself, is something I haven't experienced in a game before. The dire, noxious, tension that, at times, evokes Dark Souls is only relieved by dispatching these living obstacles to the goal of making it through one more moment.

There is something momentarily relieving, and visually satisfying, that then gives way to the nauseating implications of the act. Naughty Dog's awareness of the violence, and its unflinching intrusion on the player's psyche is a necessary re-calibration of the role of violence in games, and will, undoubtedly, be apart of the ongoing debate in the media."

For all intent and purposes TLOU is good, very good but the experience that it offers is not commendable for everybody given how it can turn people off by it's dark nature.

TLOU manages, in my opinion anyway, to craft that violence into the game pretty well though. I should probably be worried about myself that violence in video games doesn't bother me at all lol....I can definitely see how the violence would bother some though.

I have been thinking about getting this...I am just not sure, in my advanced age, if beat'em ups will still entertain me like they did back in the day. It looks awesome though

I'd kill for cameo DLC.  HD Terra clothes.

Well, its A FF female lead's outfit. I guess Lightning needs a change of clothes for when she needs to heal too.

Oh man, the amount of bitching in the comments explains that faction of gamers that are "known" for being socially awkward.

Reading through those comments just made me feel better about my life

Figured this was as good a place as any to pop my cherry on the boards here....

I have almost completed Resident Evil: Revelations for my PS3 and I have to say I am a bit surprised about how much I actually like it. It does blend together the old and new ideas of the series pretty well.

Also, as an old school gamer I always try to play through a retro game concurrently with my current gen games....So I am playing through PS IV for the first time in like 10 years. My favorite thing about the PS games (even PSO) is despite the general colorful nature of the games, you still get this foreboding, almost depressing vibe...Maybe that is just me though lol

Finally, just finished my first playthrough of Tactics Ogre:Let Us Cling Together. For some reason it took me forever to actually start playing this game but I actually really enjoyed it. Definitely made me miss the old style turn based strategy games...I love Disgaea and generally enjoy the ones nowadays but man I really enjoyed the PSX era turn based games. Probably going to go ahead and do a chaos playthrough while I am in the mood.
