Flying Ryoma is.... meh.

Raijinto has basically no synergy with the rest of his kit (unless he has like 30+ res), and getting a discount wrath, while good for a flier, is still very meh overall. Steady breath + wrath vanilla Ryoma is barely scraping by as is among red swords, and this new Ryoma is probably going to be worse in just about every way beyond flier mobility. Even among red fliers he needs to be able to out do quad striking Elincia and Anti armor caeda which he probably can’t do.

Instead of putting linde on a banner again, they repackaged her into Ishtar with a much stronger DPS tome.

I've run calcs and if you give hinoka flier buffs she'll survive the vast majority of counter attacks from +5 merge armor units just fine, and then kill them on the second attack. Her movement utility imo is overrated as guidance and the likes are better served as seals when skills like Desperation exist that vastly improve her primary niche of armor slaying over questionable levels of improvement over the most flexible mobility heroes in the game.

Coincidentally, a +10 Bow Hinoka is probably the best armor effective weapon user in the game, beating even the likes of Micaiah who can only really dent red armors at high merges.

If the datatmines are anything to go by, golden week looks to be just a series of quests. Unless they pull an Ayra with a Hero fest banner, everything's looking pretty clear till legendary heroes.

Male Kana is god tier fodder. Brazen def/res is probably the best defensive A skill in the game that isn't steady/warding breath and he has fortify dragons at 4 stars which is nutty. He's also basically another nowi, but limited in merges which hampers his potential a lot. Will probably fodder him once I get him.

The new banner is nice too, and Hinoka is basically a flying brave lyn with armor effective damage (probably better than b!lyn too due to flying being way better than cavalry on most arena maps, and desperation).

I kinda hope the new legendary is a green bow Alm lol.

I'd hold onto the Soleil tbh. Firesweep S isn't really better than most of the legendary weapons and even then slaying edge tends to be the better option on those guys. Soleil merges, on the other hand, are pretty valuable as she's a red sword powerhouse.
