Watching the Flash and I have a theory as to who Zoom is.
I think he is Wally from Earth 2. Wally talked about feeling the need to go faster and that it just wasn't enough. Now this could be a nod to him becoming the Flash later or him being zoom in earth 2. My other thought is Jay Garricks double, Hunter Zolomon from Earth 1. Since Zolomon was Zoom in the comics. If it is anyone else I will be hugely surprised.

Trying to buy a house. This is the shittiest time to do it. There is nothing available here in our price range. Or, there isn't anything here that a normal human being would purchase for that price. The worst part is there are going to be probably 500 families moving here within the next 12 months. FUUUUCK

I really wonder sometimes if I'm Bi-Polar. I go from laughing to rage pretty easy at times, but I never don't know why. It's like i can feel it brewing inside of me and regardless of how much "happy feelings" I have that day, if I'm borderline about to snap, anything that can trigger it will cause me to blow up. I try to keep myself calm, hold back the rage, I do all this weight lifting to blow steam and keep myself in a state of drained testosterone I guess, but ever since I was a kid, I would always just hit a breaking point and blow up. I mean as a kid I had good reason for it, got bullied every day from grade 1 through 8 and usually beat up every other week by at least 3 or 4 kids per encounter. I had to rage at times to prevent myself from being depressed and killing myself. Maybe it just followed me all my life, maybe I'm damned into this cycle of raging and restarting til I die or start heavily medicating. I mean ffs i just blew up at my destiny clan because of glitchy shit in a raid that happens every week and never changes. They didn't need to hear me vent like that, much less the second point where I actually blew my gasket and launched a controller at a door. I atvleast managed to quickly grunt about how I had to bail before I lost it and shut the game off, but between both of those points and prior to the first explosion I was fine. I don't get why it happens, I don't get how I can see myself literally ignite at these things and not avoid them, all I know is that if it's going to happen, I am gonna just watch it happen and do nothing to stop it...every single time. Worst part is I never erupt at shit that I want to be violent at, it's always something I like or someone I'm friends with, never a douchebag or a fucking shithead or a fucking weight i wanna fling.

I hate life right now...

You have intermittent explosive disorder. Or, you might just be an asshole. it happens. ;-)

I kickstarted my first game. I paid $15 for https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1314680699/children-of-zodiarcs-a-new-tactical-jrpg-by-aaa-ve . If it doesn't end up being made it isn't a huge loss. if it does then I will be super excited!

I find the handling clunky. I am sure I will get used to it but overall it feels unrefined

I started looking at homes to buy even though we won't be buying until about this time next year. I am not sure why I torture myself. In the meantime I have created a gofundme for my family and friends to contribute to. I have created it in the guise of an easy place for them to give us wedding money instead of a present. A lot of them might not have given me anything, but my hope is that if it is convenient they just might do it. All funds will be going towards the down payment on my home.

So the courthouse only marries people at 4:30PM. We wanted to get married earlier in the day. The officiants are a pain in the assumption on week days. I am hoping someone we know is willing and happy to get ordained and marry us at a local lighthouse.

I would go to someone I don't likes birthday party and give them a $10 gift card to target and buy them a cake for $100000.... Because fuck them.

HOLY SHIT the Seahawks game could not have given me more stress.

More expensive? Paying for a marriage or paying for a divorce?

The divorce.

Congratulations! :)

Wow, that might be the shortest engagement to actual marriage time I've ever heard.  Some of friends took years, literally.

Most people do take their sweet time nowadays, don't they? I... don't really get it. An engagement is basically saying you're both serious about it, so why wait years?

Logistics, mostly.  It's not that they're putting it off, it's a matter of finding a date that works for them and their relatives, booking a venue, etc etc.  Weddings can be a lot of work...
There's also the necessity to be able to pay for it all. Some people go through an extremely large amount of money to make their wedding a massive party. Not smart to simply say "ok, 10 grand in savings, let's make it happen", it generally makes the honeymoon and following days, aka the married life, quite miserble.

Daggs, quick question, since feb 29 only exists once every 4 years. What day have you decided to celebrate it off leap year?

Yeah. Paying for weddings suck. As some of you remember I have done it before. Fuck that noise again.

We will do our anniversary either the 28th or March 1st depending on which one falls closest to the weekend since we both work Monday-Friday. We have agreed that very 4 years it will be a blow out celebration.

Thanks all. We decided that the 29th would be good and since we aren't doing a big wedding we didn't need the time to plan. Just me, her son, her,  and my parents at the courthouse. We are saving to buy a house so we didn't want to spend money and her family would never help pay for it... Or even come.... So fuck it.

On Christmas eve I got engaged. We have decided to get married on Feb 29th

I read two trilogies by Bruce Blake, the traditional fantasy Khirro's Journey and the urban fantasy Icarus Fell, both of which were fairly enjoyable. I've also occasionally read books for book tours, and will next tackle the Star Wars books that are now considered canon.

I decided to start reading Khirro's Journey after you posted this and I am happy I did. It is pretty good so far. Just started on book 2
