Got to play around with some Burning Crusade stuff this past week. I am impressed with what I saw. BE and Draenai will be very interesting.

I am a Store Manager with EBGames. I make a decent wage, and get to boss people around. I am gonna be going back to school once my wife gets her masters and gets a job. Then I will probably end up back in Retail.
1338  Media / The Soundroom / Dragonlance Lost Chronicles on: September 25, 2006, 04:49:41 PM
Yeah, basically this book takes place during the War of the Lance when Tanis, Flint and the gang go and get the Hammer to forge the lances. It fills in those nagging plot holes that were there in the books.

I definitely recommend this book. It is a relatively quick read, but it is worth it to fill in all the gaps and to give the characters a little more depth.

If you are a fan of the books you will not be disappointed.

(Sorry Grim, didn't see the topic it moved so quickly =P)

I'm surprised at quite how boring I'm finding Wuthering Heights.

I am hoping this is sarcasm. =P

I couldn't stand his writing style. I got through the second book and just said fuck it. Anyone who takes 8 pages to describe someones belt buckle needs to kiss my ass.

"It was shiny like the sun. The shine was...blah blah blah" I like detail, but I don't like wanting to drink drain-o because of it.

Picked up Nighwatch which i am totally stoked about. Oh and Crossroads of the Twighlight (Wheel of Time book 10) for $5.98 at Barnes and Noble....hardcover. Gotta love the bargain book section!

Fuck the Wheel of Time. Robert Jordan can suck my balls.

And about the emu deal.  When i can go out, in broad daylight, take a farari key, and go get the car for free, without having any investigations or searches out on me and can drive it anywere, to the lot if i want to without any consequences from the law or otherwise. Then ill steal a car.

So...stealing is ok if you don't get caught? I hope someone penetrates your rectum with a sharp object someday. Piece of shit.

I have recently been reading the Crown of Stars series by Kate Elliot. I am up to the last book, but too cheap to buy the hardcover =P

The books have a lot of characters and jump around in the perspective. I enjoy it.

Personally i could care less about the Wii's downloads or the PS3s.

Weve had emulator for say how many years now?

And yes the wiimote is the wii's main draw, and it stinks.

You have had illegal pirating of games for many years. Go steal a car or something.
1346  Media / Multiplayer RPGs / Draenei Mount? on: September 22, 2006, 09:58:44 PM
I am liking the Draenai mount. Maybe I will make a Draenai Paladin instead of Blood Elf. Maybe I will make both. Actually...I will have the wife make a Draenai Shaman and I will make a Paladin...or the other way around.
1347  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime on: September 20, 2006, 09:57:53 AM
Actually, an 80 on this site is a pretty good score. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to shake your dick..err....a stick at.

I am interested in this game. I just picked up a black DS for this game and for FFIII. There are other games I am wanting, but those were my two main reasons for getting it at this current time. That and I have a long trip next thursday and I didn't feel like bringing along my old SP.
1348  The Rest / General Discussions / GameStop: Will not accept Cash for Wii/PS3 preorders (in HI) on: September 18, 2006, 07:43:29 PM

GameSpot reports on it in their Rumor Control

Yeah. Hawaiians are screwed. :P

Not in the least.  The point of the test was to see how many people would actually do and to see if it would be worthwhile. With how many people are bitching, I doubt that it will go everywhere else. If it does, it will more likely be that they open it to trades first, then to everyone else. The reason for this? Resellers are less likely to trade in stuff to get to the top of the list. The real reason? Because trades are worth a lot of money to game retailers.
1349  The Rest / General Discussions / GameStop: Will not accept Cash for Wii/PS3 preorders (in HI) on: September 17, 2006, 03:44:21 PM
JESUS....FUCKING...CHRIST people. I am going to clear this up, once and for fucking all. GS and EB are currently not taking Pre-Orders for Wii and PS3. Wanna know why? Because they do not know how many they are getting yet. As soon as they find out how many they are getting as a company you can be guarnteed they will start to take pre-orders(at least for the Wii. PS3 is another matter). After what happened with the 360 they would be fools to do anything else. The only people at this point that can be guarnteed to meet their pre-orders is the Nintendo store. Other than that they are just guessing and hoping.

i can echo what just about everyone else said
tri ace = yes
xbox360 = no

Just about everyone else = two people who expressed disappointment?
I'm one of those two people, since I'm ecstatic to see more RPGs come to 360.  The biggest reason as to why I liked PS2 so much more, compared to Xbox last gen, was because it lacked RPGs.  If Xbox 360 gets enough RPGs (such as this one, Mistwalker games, etc.), it will definitely be worth owning for RPG gamers.

Did you even read what Eusis wrote? Re-read it and then look at what you wrote.
