Ouch with all the bad reviews. I must have the patience of Job and the low standards of someone who would date Paris Hilton, because I'm really enjoying this game. I'm playing it off the disc and the load times don't bother me at all. Maybe because I played Magna Carta, I'm immune now.

Hey Dincrest. Yeah, A Vampyre Story is on my radar. I kinda went crazy with the adventure games and I have a few I purchased and have yet to play. I have Murder in the Abbey (aka In the Name of the Rose video game), The Immortals of Terra (suppossedly a really good game), and Paradise (suppossedly not a good game). I also want to play Benoit Sokel's Sinking Island. With games, I like to save the good ones for last so it might be a while till I play A Vampyre Story. You know, we should trade games since I have a huge stack I don't know what to do with. :P

At last, I'm free from school and I've rejoined the workforce. I had money to finally get an HDTV and an XBox 360. So what am I playing? Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World on the Wii. Well I'm playing that and The Last Remnant on the 360. Both games got bad reviews, but I'm enjoying them. Actually, I think I enjoy being able to play games more than the games themselves.

Went to Dallas to How the Edge Stole Christmas concert. We got there late and only caught Paramore, Silverchair, Jimmy Eat World, and Modest Mouse. Missed Silversun Pickups, Coheed and Cambria, and The Vanished. Didn't even consider staying for day 2.
Paramore was okay. It really wasn't my kind of music so I can only comment on how pretty the lead singer's hair is.
Silverchair - I never was into them when they were 14. My friends had his cd and everything and they were sorely disappointed in how he is now. One friend thought he was trying to be dark and was failing at it since it was a radical departure from how they the band was a decade or so ago. Again, I'm not familiar with the music and can only comment that he needs to shave the ugly mustache and gain some weight. Oh also he must be on drugs or something because he could hardly function to sign autographs. It's kinda sad.
Jimmy Eat World - Fun!
Modest Mouse - Ah, the band my friends wanted to see the most. I've only heard what has been played on the radio and wasn't familiar with their other stuff. I did like what I heard. Love all the different instruments they played. What a talented group they are.
As for future concerts, I bought Kelly Clarkson tickets. I'm so excited. The only drawback is that she's with Reba. Oh well, I guess I can stomach country to hear my girl sing.

Since I have time off from school, I've been gaming as much as possible. My genre of choice lately happens to be adventure games. I've been playing a lot of freeware games, some of which are pretty darn good.
I also play Picross everyday. It's very relaxing. I'll cry when I finish all the puzzles.

I guess it was the year of adventure games for me. Since I'm in school, they are a better choice for since they are short and keep my mind sharp.

I had a two week break from school and gamed as much as possible. Now that I'm back in school, I probably won't be updating this list in a while (or at least I shouldn't be). Anyways, I absolutely floved Persona 3. It's one of the best RPGs I've played in a long time. I'd actually replay the game if I had the time. As for the adventure games I've played, DSJ3 wasn't bad. It managed to creep me out. Raw Danger was critically panned, yet I enjoyable for the small amount of money I paid for it. The game is definetly better than its box art. Sam and Max is heaven. I can't wait for Season 2!

Since Yakuza went down in price, I decided to get it and I was happy with my decision. The story wasn't bad even though it was predictable. It kinda reminded me of Gungrave with the friendship between the two guys and them being orphans and all. Anyways, it was a fun game.
