They're not tiny or anything, but I <3 my Archos a lot.  They have a ton of different options.

My recollection is that only the 3000 can play games on an SDTV, and a quick web search seems to bear that out.

Ah - the first part is what I was forgetting.  Thanks for the reminder.

One of my sister's ex-boyfriends lost 50 pounds playing Dance Dance Revolution, so... he's got that going for him.

Can anyone remind me: what's the downside to having horcruxes?  (I mean for yourself.  You don't want the bad guy to be nearly indestructible, obviously.)

Watched Rocky Horror Picture Show for the second time.  It was just as weird as the first time. :)

"Because nobody else will, and because I can."

Amen, brother.  I see that all the time in life, in all kinds of areas.  Even in simple things like people being unhappy about something stupid at the office.  I decided a while ago that I had to be the one to say something, because no one else would.  Inertia's a powerful thing - kudos for overcoming it (quite a few times).

Dios, all I can say is that I hope you had the brains to get out of that relationship sooner rather than later.
1900  Media / Single-Player RPGs / Re: How is Fable 2? on: July 18, 2009, 09:32:44 PM
Count me as one who quite enjoyed Fable 2.  Not as much as some other games, but I'm still glad I played it.  The co-op is insultingly useless - you just play as a sort of clone of the host's character, not your own.

If you're playing Fallout 3 on the 360, it just takes a button press to move between first and third-person cameras.  Can't remember for SURE, but I believe it was the top left button (the one over the trigger).

Playing Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door for a site review (none of us are sure how this got missed).  Five years old and it is still awesome.  Might have to pack the GameCube with me when I catch my flight to work this week...

Also playing Untold Legends: The Warrior's Code (that's the second one) on the PSP for a review.  Definitely not as awesome.  I'm pretty much still enjoying myself, though.

Some people love cilantro and others gag on it thinking it tastes like soap.

Wow - I actually know someone who thinks it tastes like soap, and I always thought "weirdo."  Guess she's not alone!

HAHAHA - that's awesome, Adol.  Glad the author picked up on the similarity to Idiocracy.  Made me think of the progression from Fuddruckers to Futtbuckers to Buttruckers to... er... Buttf***ers in that movie.

Wow.  Happy re-birthday, Dios.

....How the fuck he was able to get Ron Paul to agree to an interview is beyond me.

That really made me wonder, too.  Wasn't Ron Paul supposed to be a guy who was really in touch with stuff?  Using the internet, blah blah blah?
