I enjoyed the first one for a good distraction from finals last year, but I haven't really played it since. Online co-op has me really excited though, since I have a bunch of friends that would probably play with me.

I just watched Kurenai and Kaiba, both 13 episodes. Kaiba I thought was okay. Not as omgwtfbestanimeevar as I heard it would be, but just okay. Kurenai, on the other hand, I absolutely loved and would definitely call it one of my favorite anime.

I should rewatch Evangelion. It's been something close to maybe 8 or 9 years since I last watched it. Has anyone seen the newly edited movie? I'm curious to know how it is.

I've been rewatching Seirei no Moribito with the anime club at my school on and off. I'm kind of falling off the Bleach bandwagon because of what I thought was filler, but apparently wasn't. I'll probably wait until spring break to do my catching up.

Saw Lucky Number Slevin last night, loved it, and am now madly in love with Lucy Liu.

I saw Donnie Darko for the first time last Tuesday and really enjoyed it.

Just finished Nodame Cantabile Paris Chapter. Only 11 episodes in the season this time around, and I'm freaking out since the last two episodes were all sorts of amazing and there's no more for at least until Spring 09, maybe even Fall. I don't think I can wait that long!

I saw two movies over the weekend: Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist, and Body of Lies. Both were enjoyable (Nick and Nora's a bit more than Body of Lies), but both also disappointed me a bit. I expected Nick and Nora's to be a bit more child friendly than I wanted it to be, but the Totally Rad Show review raised my expectations for the movie, and I was disappointed when I found that it was indeed aimed at the 15 year old crowd that.

As for body of lies, I'm not exactly sure why I didn't like it, perhaps because the plot was very loose, but it was still an enjoyable movie.

Got the first 12 episodes of Code Geass R2 downloaded, so I might start on it, but I'll probably wait and get the last 13.

If you can, I'd recommend watching the episodes as rapidly as possible. Maybe not "all in one sitting" rapid, but definitely more than one a week. I found that as the series neared it's end, the recaps at the beginning of each episode reminded me of what was going on less and less, and eventually started giving new content without any refresher. Considering how the plot plays out, you may find yourself really confused if you don't watch the episodes fairly close to one another. Just a suggestion though.

Just finished Code Geass R2. It was a great series, and I'm really sad to see it end, especially since the characters were so great.

Rewatched Thank You For Smoking, and enjoyed it a lot more than the first time I saw it.

Also watched Horton Hears a Who, which was a surprisingly good movie.

Geass up to 22, 23 is sitting on my hard drive, super fucking excited. Bleach 186 and 187 also on the hard drive. Started watching Planetes with the anime club at my college, up to episode 6. Pretty decent, although I don't like the lack of an overarching plot so far. Makes caring for the characters a wee bit more difficult, but we'll see how it goes. Also looking to watch Kaiba, and finally start Mushishi at some point in the near future.
