For the last month, I've been playing SMT: Strange Journey on the DS. I completed the neutral and law ending and played the game for more than 150 hours.  Needless to say I was amazed by the game, and I plan to play it again in the near futur to get the chaos ending.  But for now, since I bought the 7 SMT games released on the PS2, I think I will try one of these.  Maybe P3FES or Devil Summoner for something shorter.  I don't know yet, but I just wanted to tell you my thoughts of Strange Journey.  I wasn't amazed by a game since 2010 when I played Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land and SRT: Original Generations 1 & 2 for the first time.

Thanks guys for the advices.  I was actually planning on playing Nocturne after the other ones because I heard it was brutal.  And yeah, I know what you mean about the long dungeons.  I remember the last one in Eternal Punishment being 5 our 6 hours long.  After Strange Journey, I will try Persona 3FES.  Now, I don't know if I should buy Innocent Sin on the PSP.  I don't remember a thing about Eternal Punishment even though I know Innocent Sin actually came out before EP.

Hi guys, I've been playing SMT: Strange Journey lately and I'm blown away by the quality of the game.  I bought it for 4$ in a local video game store.  I'm a huge RPG fan and I have been playing RPGs since 1992.  However, I only played Revelation: Persona and Persona: Eternal Punishment in the Shin Megami Tensei universe.  So today I bought P3Fes, P4, DDS1 & 2, SMT Nocturne and Devil Summoner 1 & 2 on Amazon.  Can't wait to dive deeper in this universe.  I know some of these games are very hard but I know I can manage them.

I finally bought one today on ebay.  These are quite expensive nowadays.  Thanks everyone nonetheless.

Hi everyone.  Recently, I've bought Shining Force CD and my JVC X'eye doesn't have enough internal ram to play the 4 books included in the game.  So I need a Sega CD ram cart.  If anyone has one, and by chance you're not using it and you won't be using it anymore, it be interested in buying it.  Send me a PM with your price.  I can pay with paypal.  I know there is always Ebay but I prefer trying my luck here before.  Thanks.

Bought Radiant Historia from Dice.  Great seller, great communication, transaction went A+.  Thanks

I've played Riviera and Yggdra Union on the GBA and thought they were good games, but nothing to write home about.  As for my personal preferences, I always prefer a great story over gameplay, so yeah, maybe it won't be my cup of tea.  Nonetheless, I want to try this game because it seems so unique.

Thanks guys, seems to me that both version are very good and that I can't go wrong with any version.  But I think I will get the PSP version since I'm not a big fan of the stylus.

Hi everyone.  I'm planning on buying Knights in the Nightmare.  I've seen both copies (PSP and DS) at a local videogame store for the exact same price.  I've read some reviews and I can't decide which version to buy.  I really don't care for the bonus scenario of the PSP version.  I just want the version with the best gameplay between the two.  Help me choose.  Thanks.

Yes, Dragon Force came out on the Sega Saturn, however, Skies of Arcadia was release for the Dreamcast (and Gamecube) not the Saturn.

In fact, if I remember right there was only one ellipsis in the original sentence in the game.  It's my mistake for using it so much.  The ellipsis doesn't have the same meaning in English than in French.  I'm French Canadian and  not perfectly bilingual, so sometimes I found it difficult to get into the Gagharv Trilogy (I've only played Vermillion and Ocean however). Some sentences were very poorly written, so it was hard for me to understand their true meaning.

Oups....I realized I made a mistake in my previous message.....I meant sentences........not sentenced.  Since I'm not a game translator, I hope you guys can forgive me.  lol.

Forte in Song of the Ocean:  I won't lose dejectedly!!!

Right before using a deadly skill attack, Martie in A Tear of Vermillion says: My skill as a adventurer is....OK

I always felt these sentenced were hilarious.

Many great quotes in Odin Sphere.  Here's a few examples:

Lord Brigan (to Oswald): “Who are you? Speak—or I’ll crush you head until your name falls out.”

Demon Lord Odin (to Queen Elfaria): “You are beautiful as ever. And yet, I regret…that I will have to break your perfect neck like stepping on a lily.”

Demon Lord Odin (to Queen Elfaria): Aye, tis I, you queen of rotting cadavers.
