Playing lots of Theatrhythm... it's like Elite Beat Agents but with music I care about. The battle music gameplay is the most fun out of the three.
Also playing Outland on PSN. Downloaded it for free with Playstation Plus and it's turned out to be surprisingly fun. The boss battles are epic feeling and I love the puzzles/gameplay that come from switching between red and blue energies. The fourth boss battle was really well done. I'd recommend this game to anyone that likes Metroidvania style games.

Twilight Princess - Beat the Temple of Time (surprisingly easy), doing dumb fetch quests and just repowered the Dominion Rod... I think I'm getting close to the end finally. It's taken me 5 years to get to this point in the game... lol
Also beat New Super Mario Bros 2 for 3DS which is basically the most disappointing Mario game of recent time. No difficulty whatsoever, boring level designs... I don't have much desire to look for Star Coins. What a bummer.

I've restricted soda from my diet a month ago and I'm very happy I did. It's to the point where if I do drink soda, it tastes too sweet and carbonated for my liking now. Water with a splash of lemonade is my drink of choice lately, and I'll occasionally have juices here and there but mostly water.

I remember the Y2K scare and trying to beat FF8 before midnight when supposedly all the power in the world would go out and computers would fail, etc. Was such a thrill as I was like 13 or 14 years old at the time, I did actually bat it before midnight.
I remember playing FFI Dawn of Souls when I used to work in the dorms as a security monitor during my college years. Basically, I just sat at the entrance and studied the whole time, and if I wasn't studying, I was playing my GBA. Best job ever.
I remember forcing my cousins to watch me play FF7-9 and influencing them to be RPG junkies as they were growing up. Now one of them plays more video games than I do, and I can't help but feel responsible for that.

Dragon Quest IX - Just got to the second town and helping the king out. Pacman Championship Edition DX - Trying to S Rank more things or at least A Rank everything, it's comforting to know that I'm ranked in the top 5%. Really fun game! Uncharted 3: Beat the game with my nephew, we kept switching the controller everytime someone died. Now I'm replaying it to beat it on my own. Twilight Princess: Just reached the Temple of Time. Also playing like 5 other games... it's hard to focus on just one.

Legend of Dragoon! I'm replaying it right now and having a blast. I'm a big fan of the battle system (timing-based, defending is actually useful because it heals you on top of reducing damage, cool transformations and spells that are long - but you can adjust them in the options so they're shorter, pulling off long chain combos is rewarding).
It's worth trying for $7.

Been working for this new company for 8 months now and love it. I used to temp for 2.5 years at Wells Fargo before they let me go. I don't take paid holidays for granted anymore... or PTO, or benefits. Life is much better nowadays. :)

Story/characters are lower on my priority list when it comes to RPGs, so I actually enjoyed it for the most part. Combat was fun and the game was pretty to look at. Sidequests/marks just sucked... after the 40th mark or so, I realized I wasn't having any fun finding them, went ahead and beat the game, and shelfed it away forever.
