I'm making a loli with huge tits and a giant sword. Cause that's the only way to play :D.

Ah I see... So "clunky" generally means shit controls.
Then I won't compare this to Demon's Souls any further. =)

I ran into these 2 new gameplay videos from the game. They show at least about half an hour from the start of the game.
The character creation alone can make one lose a ton of time, I imagine. It surely gives any other I've seen a run for its money.
Video
one
and
two
After seeing this I'm certainly keeping this on my radar, at least to a bit more!

I just watched a few vids on it last night. Looks good, this is definitely going to be my next RPG. The graphics look good, combat seems like it feels solid and the boss fights look original with the climbing aspect.
I'm gonna have my eye on this one.
On Anazon it says it will be available for order on May 22nd, 2012. So, it's still a little while away. I'm assuming if that's the day you can order it on Amazon that'll be the release date.

If this is totally ingame footage this has real promise

If this had co-op it'd be stellar

There had better be! If so, it would be super awesome, not gonna' lie.
Definitely has that Dark Souls look to it, as many have been saying. I just hope they tighten up the controls everyone has complaining about!

I think that just pushes me to a PS3 version even more. Unless it's an outright AWFUL port anyway, exclusive DLC is one of the worst practices to me because at least, in theory, keeping a GAME exclusive means they can focus on taking full advantage of the platform in a way they couldn't on others, even though buying that exclusivity is still fairly lame. This, there's nothing about a technical advantage, it's just buying a timed exclusive on content already designed to work on more than one platform, and fuck that.

Not true with this generation of game systems, Sony and MS hold back their optimized libraries to first and second party devs only. Plus making a game is so expensive now making it an exclusive is considered insane. Also unless you have the money to make your own engine, buying an engine is the smart way to go which makes ports ALOT easier.
(before people mention NIS/Gust games, most of them(if not all) are made on the Phyre Engine which is free but PS3 only)
