Clearly the guy doesn't play Black Ops very much. The servers are full of those kids.

When I started out on Blops multiplayer and was terrible, I expected people to be a lot worse than I actually experienced.

Clear punishment for being an asshole online.  I call it justice!  Online peeps are lucky to get away with the anonymity of the net.  Hell, look at 4chan, I'm sure half the stuff said there will get you beaten up by someone in real life haha
