I can't say that I'm excited about them making iOS games...

Sure beats not making anything, though. All those people still have jobs and an awesome logo now.

I now expect an iOS game that is their unicornabeargasus chasing robot unicorn.

Anyways, I'm glad they have work, and its a shame they won't be doing things on as grand a scale as Amalur, but still, they're doing stuff, and I'm sure they'll make some great titles. And besides, looking at what Epic has done, it won't not be far flung for them to have something as awesome as Infinity Blade, so maybe their is hope for something grand.

I wouldn't underestimate iOS, Android and the like. These things are starting to take on the role of the PC of the handheld world. So far its mostly games you can play on the jon but eventually we'll start to see more AAA releases for these things. Get on board early and you just might make it big.
