Why is nobody talking about this game? It has a Wizardry feel but the combat is in pseudo real-time. The spell-casting also looks to have a unique implementation.  Here's a video.

I know this is more of a jrpg focused community but there has to be some dungeon crawler fans here.

I'd never seen or heard of this before, though you are right, it does look good. :)

Thanks Mr. Poo Face Avatar Man.

True, true... but is not because my phobia with spiders. Well maybe a little. :p

Either way, there's a demo for this? At least I would like to try it.

No ones talking about it, because not a lot of people know of its existence. I have to admit, it does look pretty good for what it is. Nice to see some oldschool RPGs making a comeback. Reminds me a bit of Stonekeep.

So who the fuck is playing this fine piece of gaming throwback? Just spent a good hour and a half with the first section of the game and HOT DAMN is it hard.

Newschoolers, this is how dungeon crawls were done in the past. All kinds of tile-based, first-person awesome.

I've been playing this a bit and am loving the hell out of it. I never played Dungeon Master or anything like it from that era, but this caught my attention in a huge way shortly before release. Great game so far, I just got to dungeon level 5 and not too long after doing so, died again. :D

I'm covering this and have enjoyed it thus far.  When it's not overheating/crashing my computer.  Turned on triple buffering.  Hopefully that resolves the issue.

Is it harder than Strange Journey, Etrian Odyssey, or Dark Spire? That's a tall order.

I'd say yes to Strange Journey, but it's not really comparable to any of those anyway due to being real time.
