SRW OGSaga: Masou Kishin 2

Why do I keep making threads for games that have a snowball's chance in hell of making it outside of Japan? At least it comes with a rekejiggered port of the DS remake of The Lord of Elemental if anybody gives a fuck.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

Oh my gosh, a direct sequel to Masou Kishin ~Lord of Elemental~ ?!?!? That's awesome. I heard so many good things about the first one. I desperately wish both games would come here.

I didn't like the original compared to other Winkysoft developed SRWs. They reduced the depth while increasing randomness.. didn't make for a very entertaining game to me.

Check here for my SRW reviews.

Never played the whole way through myself, but I remember it being really fucking hard.

i played the DS one on 2 seperate paths. save wendy path and shu path. i didnt have a problem with the gameplay differences because its a spinoff. to me it was totally worth playing because it gives you a full understanding of why masaki hates shu. plus the other masou kishins are cool.

DS/PSP comparison

I'll admit it; it does look a bit better than the DS version.

That said, I'm also a bit curious as to what they're going to do with MK2 gameplaywise since it's not just a remake of an incredibly dated SRW game.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

Video footage of both games. Confirms another character's return and shows off Black Cybuster which is indeed not piloted by Asakim.

I wouldn't say it was difficult, just annoyingly random when it comes to skill procs.. more than your usual SRW game, for sure.

its out now...replaying the remake of part 1 before trying part 2. the DS version now looks ugly by comparison. i can post some screenshots of part1 later if anyone wants.

If the mods allow it then sure, go for it.
