Appearance. Same with breast size.

Though constitution and charisma are stats and fortitude and will power are based on constitution and wisdom plus without strength too much manlength result in an encumbrance penalty. Intelligence might net you a few more skill points to dump into the seduce and sex skills but it's really a dump stat since both of those are charisma and dexterity based skills and you can get enough skill points at level up anyway that you can still improve your proficiency if you forgo everything else (I guess the extra skill points could be dumped into the escape artist and rope tying if that's your thing).

Not answering since it's already been answered but Grandia III made the best case for option 2. Of course it means that you have to be an insufferable twat with a crush on some mysterious insufferable twat and be on an adventure fueled by unleaded stupid to really be comparable (but at least you'll have a cool battle system to work with).
