I don't know personally, but try uploading the picture to TinEye to do a search. I tried to search it using the RPGFan embed, but it didn't work.

OK, that's obviously an old-ass image based on the logo.  Game probably released sometime between 1998 and 2000.  I'll see what I can find.

Edit: This is apparently artwork from FFIX.  I can't find it anywhere on our server, though.  But that's unsurprising, considering it's potentially 10+ years old.

I am 99.9 % certain keeper is correct here...  in fact I'll be so bold as to say, if memory serves me, its a scan from the FFIX art book.... I owned that book twice in my lifetime and referenced it alot for the landscape and settting concepts as well as the machine-based stuff.
