Static images of birds? Japan is years behind in games.

Dude it's five dollars, with a meaty free version. Expecting animation is almost like expecting the 3DS to be host to Heavy Rain: MIGHT be doable, but is too impractical to bother with.

This thing is HILARIOUS going by the LP I've been reading.

For that matter a lot of VNs in Japan cost 20x that and still very few of those actually have animation.

Kevadu, this is seriously the most disturbing thing you've seen on the internet?

When did I ever say that?  Weird and disturbing are two totally different things.

even then his point still stands

you are not an internets veteran like us

There are copious examples I could use to prove otherwise but I realized that this is one of those things where winning means losing...

... I honestly have some very warped tastes to be genuinely intrigued like this, and feel like giving it a shot. It's a freebie too (of sorts), so why not.

No kidding.

Not only is his ability to detect humor/sarcasm laughable, he doesn't realize the average indie game on xbla has more production value

I thought I had seen everything.  Then I saw this.

It would ridiculous to think that the people who made this game took it seriously. If I was the one making this game, I would be laughing the whole time I was making it because of how funny and outrageous it is.

Here is a link to the English translation site.   The site also contains a link to the game's Japanese page where you can download the free version. I have not really tried it yet because  the font size, and  light background makes my eyes hurt.

Even if I wanted to play this for shit and giggle, I do agree that the English font they used is very eye cancer.

That font reminds me of Windows 98 for some reason.
