Reviews are in, mostly positive/mixed. I skimmed so as to avoid reading too much about it, but the just of it is its great to play, story is so-so and the game is a bit short. I'll have to play through it a couple times I'm sure.

Holy shit this game is fun.

It's got its learning curve (I still can't parry very well, but when I do I feel like such a success lmao) but playing it at E3 + the demo helped. And the over the top ridiculousness is so trademark Platinum. I still think the story might suck, but as long as I'm keeping my expectations low, right? ;)

Yea that theme is great.  I'm pleased by all the stuff they put in to collect, should help with replay value, though the game is so fun I'm sure I'll beat it many times.

So infinite rage continues. Failstop screwed up a shitton of preorders for the LE version, and the EARLIEST i can get mine is next week, meanwhile it's 170ish dollars sitting in their fucking cashdrawer and I'm without my fucking game. Best part is the fucking kid explaining to me why I can't get it earlier.

"We have to honor a customer's preorder for 48 hours before we can ship copies to another store".

So I BOUGHT the game in full, not just placed a measly 25 bucks down on it, and my preorder was neglected enough that I don't get it for a week. How come the dick who didn't pick his up gets the benefit of the doubt and another 24 hours to get his? This is horseshit.
