While I really enjoyed the first game, I hate it for being stupidly hard yet too damn addictive, as well as having a stupid story. But this sounds like it fixes all the problems I had with the original (albit probably not the story, but I wasn't interested in that anyway), and adds a lot more to the experince on a whole. I think I may pick this up with my Wii.

I plan on buying this as a launch title along with Zelda (bit of a given) and Wii Sports (bundled now). I enjoyed it and it really was by far the hardest ds game I played. Got my hands numb a few times on some of the later levels. I never found the story to be stupid in my opinion though nothing special.

I'm stuck on the original in a early level, but I concur, I hope Second Opinion is easier, yet enjoyable at the same time.

Early impressions are saying it's harder, it seems. But then they may not be used to the controls like they would be for the DS, and there's difficulty options anyway, unlike the original.

Well that is a nice addition. I would go for normal. I don't mind challenges, but sometimes I find there is a limit to how hard games can be. Sometimes I play games that feel freakin impossible and that's no fun.

Oh, different difficulty modes does make this an attractive title.  I played the DS version, but it was too hard for me and I couldn't advance in the game.  So it would be nice to actually complete the game.  :)
