Do you have a DS? The Etrian Odyssey games are good, turn based, first person dungeon crawlers.

The Dark Spire as another first person dungeon crawler, but the art is in a Western style.

Since someone mentioned Might & Magic, I thought King's Bounty: Armored Princess (and the others of its series) can suit your tastes quite alright! If I'm not mistaken there is still a promotion for them on steam until the end of the year.

I personally only gave it a little chance, and while I liked part of it I already knew the Might and Magic type of combat weren't for me. When it comes to strategy RPG I'm more inclined to the Tactics Ogre style.
