1v100: In memoriam

I know this is out of left field but I wanted to talk about 1v100, the xbla game, for a bit as I couldn't stop thinking about it yesterday for some reason.

This is one of the main reasons I got a 360 over a PS3, I thought there were going to be more things like this and that 1v100 would be around for a while at least.

I thought the host was funny, I loved the questions, it was a ton of fun to play with some buddies or alone, and I just loved getting drunk and playing all night. Besides the live episodes the themed daily show schedule was very fun and some of them way hard. I can't tell you how bummed out this wasn't brought back.

Why doesn't xbla or psn have a live gameshow like this? If 100million people can play COD all day, I'm sure a little gameshow is a cinch.

Why was it cancelled? Does anyone know? It seems like there was a positive response to it. at least I got all the achievements :/

My only experience with 1vs100 is a scratch and win lotto ticket that was themed after the game show. Yep.

The reason why it was cancelled?  The licensing deal probably ended and MS didn't want to renew.
