The gas mask part of the post-apocalyptic look the band's going for.  The others wear masks too, but they often shed theirs after the first couple of songs.  I'm the only one who keeps it on the full set.  Our guitarist has the coolest one, but poor guy suffocates in it. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151303252122051&set=a.475658777050.270819.233473822050&type=3&theater

EDIT: And the simple act of putting on the mask before we start playing, just feeling it on my face, breathing it in... it changes my mindset and adds to my intensity when performing.  Gets me in the zone.

You need to rock one of these, dude. I also highly recommend actually using it before and after your shows.

I used to be "straight-edge" but I broke edge last year.  I'm moderate about my drinking; never more than two on a show night.  Plus, I pay the bills as an educator, and I can't afford to lose my day job.  Awesome picture, though.

We'd definitely like to get out to Chicago.  I have a few friends out there and we've played with some killer Chicago bands (i.e. Jar'd Loose, La Armada) so it would be cool to get out there.

The first doesn't really look like you, i think.  Probz just the angle.

Ha! Doesn't it add the allure I'm trying to project on this dating website?

I'm looking to attract a very specific clientele.

If they like penguins, sure.

I should also say that those drapes are  hanging temporarily over a door to stop a draft and not a permanent fixture.

I rather like the bass player's shirt in this photo: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=647898355224277&set=pb.262509087096541.-2207520000.1375739746.&type=3&theater

Rotten Tooth and Busted are my two favorite songs by them.

Mostly, I play on my 3DS or iPad during band road trips (whenever it's not my turn to drive and I'm not napping).

Otherwise, since I work in the education field, summer vacation weekdays (when I'm home) is when I can get a lot of bulk RPGFan stuff done, particularly on PC or PS3.  During the school year I tend to stick with shorter games like visual novels or review soundtracks since I can listen to them during my work commute and stuff.

I boil my life down to work, gym, Pool of Thorns, with some RPGFan on the side.  And it's all about managing my time and using it wisely.
