Yeah, they interrupted our viewing of Charlie Brown Valentines day to inform us of this. She was only 48. My first thought was drugs, sadly. I wonder what types of health issues she actually had. She really did have some decent music at one point in her career.

I actually made the same mistake.  I said she was 'old', but my folks came back with saying she was in her '40s'.  Tina Turner is 72. :o

She had her problems, but there's need to be dicks about it to be honest. She cleaned up for what I've heard. If she didn't rebound, which is always a possibility I suppose, I'd say it was probably her heart. Still, always sad to see someone go. I was surprised to hear she was only 48 though, thought she was older. No denying Huston had some serious talent though. RIP...
