Nintendo is usually really really good with translations. I would really love if some Playstation games were actually translated by Nintendo!

I'm going to point at you and laugh like you're a circus clown now. Try not to take offense please.

Ok, regardless of whether or not he's a fanboy and is wrong, that was his first post. (/begin sarcasm) You guys are doing a GREAT job welcoming new members! (/end sarcasm) Instead of flaming him, why don't you try pointing out some examples to him of why he's completely wrong and could change his opinion rather than discouraging him from ever posting on this forum again!

Well said, I dont see anything wrong with Nintendo translations; personally I like the fact that they're quickly done and delivered (Paper Mario 2 I remember was out very soon after the JP release).
Its been said that ToP is "too little too late" and I completely agree. Im sick of all these ports with little to no bonuses, especially when this is a step done from the PSX one.
....I gotta love the "fuck's like a tiger" translation though, no matter how vulger it is. : P
Anyone else up for more M-rated games for more content?

Just thought you guys would like to know, Nintendo translated "Ragnarok" as "Kangaroo."

This is late, but I honestly do find that Nintendo is, more often than not, very good at localizing games, and it would be interesting to see their crew take on the games of others, such as Okage. Earthbound, as I can recall it, had a fantastic localization, the Mario RPGs all had great localizations, and the FE games seemed competent enough from what I played...
... Nevertheless, they either didn't put their best effort into ToP, or they're just better suited for goofier games like the previously mentioned (exempting FE). Seriously, how the fuck?
