The history of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is now so complicated that every time I tell it I contradict myself, and whenever I do get it right I'm misquoted. So the publication of this omnibus edition seemed like a good opportunity to set the record straight--or at least firmly crooked.

Althought Skies of Arc ticked me off after a while -- be nice playing it (or getting a sequel of whatever sort) one day.

I recently started replaying Skies of Arcadia a few weeks ago, had been taking it slow.  It was put on temporary hold because of Mass Effect 3, but I think I'll extend that hold.

If they port it, I only ask that they don't repeat the mistake they made with the GameCube release and fix the sound effects timing issues for the longer special attacks.

Last year I remember seeing Sega announcing on their blog that the Monster World Collection was coming to PSN too.

Monster World IV officially released outside of Japan.

Though, years before the announcement of the collection you could play MWIV translated in English on your PC with an emulator and such. I played it for a while, and it is fun. But like many old titles is one of those games that you want to play for curiosity more than anything else.

Also, The happy console gamer did a review of the entire series a while ago.

I don't get it, what does the game posted by the OP have to do with Shenmue? The flow of the replies confuses me here... Anyway, I'd love to at least see Shenmue 2 as I didn't get to play it and I loved the first one.

Incidentally there had been talks about bringing MWIV to the VC but like everything else with the VC it too has seemed to fallen off the radar. Virtual Console: Wasted opportunity and you.

To be honest VC did really damn well given how Nintendo handled digital distribution this generation. Hopefully they retain their current progress for Wii U (and get back SOME stuff that may've dropped) and then get much more serious about pushing it.

NGC SOA works great on wii if you can get it, XB shenmue 2 has audio issues on the 360. I would definately buy these regardless, I also heard this rumor a while back
