Considering the kickstarter is less than $500 from completion with 27 days left this is pretty much all but officially on the way.

Haven't had enough time to really look over the specifics but this is what I get at a cursory glance:

-16-bit retro RPG
-Intended style invokes Earthbound meets Wild West aesthetic and sense of humor
-Intended to be released for Windows and Xbox Live
-Job Class system combined with Final Fantasy VI style combat

Not my cup of tea but I figure it might strike the fancy of a few people around here.

Strikes my fancy indeed.... in fact it put me over the edge, I think now is finally the time for me to get an x-box....Initially I thought that Tales of Vesperia was the only undeniable appeal of the system for me.... after hearing about this and few others on the Live network I think I'm sold

Earthbound meets Wild Arms.  I will admit, though, the one wild west RPG I'm still itching for is Sagrada Guardians/Western Lords from Blossomsoft.
