This is possibly the best parody ever.

Start from the beginning.

There are ten episodes, and all of them are hilarious. My favorite's probably episode nine.

"Ahh! Exodia! Impossible! Nobody's ever been able to summon him!"

"Why, is it because it's so rare?"

"No, it's because this game makes no sense, nobody has ever been able to figure out how to do it."

"Nobody except me!"

"Bullying is just wrong, but destroying people's brains with magical powers is A-OK!"

"I'm going to get my own show! I'll call it ZORC AND FRIENDS! What do you think, Pharaoh?"

"I think you'll be taken off the air faster than you can say 'Arrested Development!'"

Heh, not bad.  "Screw the rules I have money!"

I watched a few episodes (while babysitting, not for pleasure); and I really don't get the aniem or its popularity.  As far as I'm concerned, YuGi is unstoppable with that deck working as some Deus-Ex Machina EVERY SINGLE TIME.  And still has the "friends give me power" bullshit theme repeated in nearly every anime.  

Ah well, pretty much the parady was spot on with the crap they make fun of.

I wish I had a transcript of this one IRC chat. I was working at a comic book/toy/video game store and we had Yu-Gi-Oh card tournaments. Some guy came in dressed as one of the characters (the one with the long coat), and the guy is like 20 and talking smack to 9 year olds. So I go to throw him out and he throws a card at me like he's fucking Gambit and screams "HI-YAAA!"

The chat was not long after the incident occurred...bah.

You'll have to excuse me if Yu-Gi-Oh = Hi-Yaaa to me now.

The YuGiOh show sucks...

The card game is real fun though.  We gotta YuGiOh club at SeLU.
