Well, he's back with another one!
From what I've played of it so far, its just as funky as the rest of his games.
To give you a hint of what to expect, its got a unique art style, great music, creepy robots, eggs and a walking coffee machine.

I... I have no idea what I have just witnessed... it all made sense until what seemed to be a crazy, Dragon Quest-style battle disco happened and I just lost all sense of what the heck.

Looks well made, though. Great design and sense of place.
