Although over the years I have lost track of most of my total counts of game hours, I wanted to try and start a little thread on what I remember and see how many hours other people put on games. At this point I am going by memory mainly, but, what I remember is accurate, not to the minute, but, to the hour.

So, if you have any interest, post up some of your total game play times. Iím not listing anything under 24 hours, if it didnít make it to that point itís been sold and that list would be too long anyway. I am also only going to list games I know within one hour. For example, I know I played Morrowind more than Skyrim but I donít have an exact count and donít wanna put an estimate like 250+ or something. I will also update on games I am still playing. If your list is too long, list your most played. If Diablo 3 has a counter or not, I plan on timing that and adding it in. I wish I knew my total D2 time - it would definiatly be 500-1000 hours. Oh well.

Since many people put up estimates, I suppose, ya why not... better than nothing.

Unfortunatly time you left the game idle has to count, there's no real way to accuratly factor that in (unless you actually know), I'm going by the in game counter.

@-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------@

Skyrim (ps3) : 215 hours

Demon Souls (ps3) : 75 hours

Final Fantasy 2/4 (snes) : 99 hours (I think that was the max it counted)

Final Fantasy Tactics (ps1) : 417 hours

Tactics Ogre (psp) : 39 hours

Kingdoms of Amalur (ps3) : 51 hours

Red Dead Redemption (ps3) : 48 hours

Fall Out 3 (ps3) : 50-60 hours

Fall Out Vegas (ps3) : 20-30 hours

Diablo 2 : 500+ hours ( I guess possibly 1000+)

Diablo 3 : 55 hours

Morrowind (Xbox): 200+ hours

Oblivion (Xbox 360) : 200 +hours

Cool topic... from what the memory manager on the 360 tells me (i'm not going to boot up games to check :) )

Dead Space 23:46 (two playthroughs, fully upgrading things)
Dragon Age 2 (estimate 30-40 hours)
DA:O (I think around 60)
Fallout 3 (estimate 100)
Mass Effect 1 (estimate 50-60)
ME2 (estimate 50)
ME3 (estimate 40-55)
Oblivion (between all the characters... has to be 150)
Rage (20+)
RDR (not sure really 20+)

Amalur will probably be 100+

Great... now it's plain how much I waste my life :)

Over 100 Mark:
- Dark Cloud 2 (first)
- Star Ocean 2
- Star Ocean 3 (fucking IC and Sphere)
- Tales of Symphonia
- Tales of Vesperia (achievement!)

Everything other major RPG I've played has been mostly 40-70 hours.

And ...RECORD FOR SHORTEST GAME EVER.  JOURNEY!!! :D

The only game I'm putting up here is Phantasy Star Online, and that's because between 3 characters, I accumulated over 6000 hours of gameplay. Psu was 3000 on my one character though, so that's big itself. Anything else is generally at the maximum amount of clockable time, because I tend to leave the game running while I do other stuff, like tales of the abyss which is running in my room right now while I watch CSI NY.

Thanks for the responses guys!

Yoda makes me think I should add in estimates. I mean , better than not logging it, so long as its not totally whacky. Some I just have no idea tho.

I am ADD as hell and I have barely played any games for longer than 10 hours. SMT: Nocturne, and Tales of Symphonia, neither of which I have beaten, are both clocked past the 70 hour mark for me though. I've probably spent a combined total of like 70 hours on Chrono Cross and Legend of Mana both. Dragon Warrior 7 was around 70 hours the last time I checked as well.

I can't tell for certain how much time I've spent on Unreal Tournament, Morrowind, and SimCity 4, but I know it's likely been quite a bit.

Actually I can easily see myself as having clocked 70+ hours on UT.

You're the type of people that would do that and NEVER have any console troubles, I'm guessing.

My ps3 still runs to this day, 6 years after I bought it. It has a slight issue with graphics on ps3 games and it's loud as all hell, but it works. My 4 ps2s however were not so lucky. 2 stolen, one broke, last one is now sitting at my sister's house.

With this new PC and these mods, Skyrim is going back up. Don't have as much free time as I'd like but, slowly and steadily gonna climb...

Too lazy to pull up exact figures (even assuming I still have all the saves which I doubt) but I am pretty sure of my estimates.

100+
Fallout 3
Borderlands
Catherine (over 160 now actually)
Persona 3
Final Fantasy X
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

75-100
Persona 4
Final Fantasy XII
Nocturne
Suikoden III
Shadow Hearts Covenant

and way too many in the 30-50 range to even think about.

These are all estimates, but I know that my MHFU file is well over 400 and my PSP Disgaea 1+2 files are both over 200 (that's not including the PS2 or PS3 games...).  I don't even want to know how much time I've put into Pokemon over the years....  I'm pretty sure the only FF games that are in the 100 club are FF Tactics and FF IV - I've beaten FF IV more times and on more systems than I care to think about....

200+ hours
Diablo II + Lord of Destruction
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness + Afternoon of Darkness
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories + Dark Hero Days
Final Fantasy Tactics
Pokemon (various)
Monster Hunter Freedom 2+Unite

100+ hours
Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten
Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride
Dragon Warrior VII
Final Fantasy IV
Tales of Phantasia

50+ hours
Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy VI
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy IX
Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken
Chrono Trigger
Dragon Age: Origins
Civilization III
Torchlight

These are only the first few that come to mind, and many of them (esp. Chrono Trigger and the FF games) come from multiple playthroughs.  Surprise realization: I've played my PSP *WAY* more than any other system the past 6 or 7 years; it's not even close.  At least five games that crossed over 100 hours.

Monsoon thanks for the input! I guess you're pretty into JRPGs.

My highest exact game time I can remember is the ps1 FFT. Got 417 and change, was going for 420, it just never happened.
