So I bought the complete edition today (got a steal too as was priced wrong and since my local GS mgr knows me well he let me have it for wrong price!) so if anyone is interested in the regular game let me know. It does come with "Consul's Car" and "Naked City" DLC codes which have not been redeemed (at least I did not and I bought the game new so I have to assume they are still legit) as well as Badge Pursuit Challenge films. Want it? Make me an offer! I'll be reasonable for member here.
