I forgot I pre-ordered this eons ago and just got an email from Amazon saying it will be here tomorrow. Anyone heard any buzz on the game yet? I see no reviews, even though it came out yesterday technically. The gameplay I saw on YouTube looked great. This style of game is about the only kind I can play anyomore when it comes to turn-based combat.

I picked it up yesterday in preparation to write RPGFan's review. :)

I've still got quite a bit of game ahead of me before I can give an official score, but here's what Andrew had to say after playing it for a bit at a conference last month:

Yeah, as much as I loved SPM, I've been itching to get back to the turn-based stuff. I'm a bit iffy on what I'm hearing about the battle system, but I want a new Paper Mario game darn it. They're my favorite series in the Marioverse. Will pick it up Thursday probably.

I love how charming this series is. I heard Bowser's Inside Story is fantastically funny.

I hope you guys love this game and post about it.

I love it when people are happy and Nintendo does a good job
