I have a few of these actually....

Pretty much every ff title before....XIV as remakes, some with better story if possible (XII and XIII coughcough)
FFtactics as well...full remake is preferred but hd port is acceptable.
Chrono Trigger and Cross as remakes, god I would give my hands just to watch these being played.
Xenosaga series for hd ports would be cool, especially 1 and 3. 2 kind of just needs to be redone entirely.
Earthbound.....this NEEDS TO HAPPEN ONE OF THESE GODDAMN DAYS.
Wouldn't mind Wild Arms 2 redone...1 got its remake already, and 3-5 were meh.
Super Mario Rpg. I miss Geno and Mallow.

I have more suggestions, but I am sure most of them will be mentioned sooner or later anyway.

Sweet Home remake would be nice. There's very, very few 'true' Survival Horror RPGs in the entire history of gaming. Might as well give one of them the proper respect it deserves with a revival.

I could not agree more with this. I LITERALLY just started playing the first one over again two nights ago since I got the first 2 games for my birthday. (I've played through all of them but sold them when I was younger when I used to sell my games when I was done with them. I wish I could slap my younger self)

Even for a game that's 11 years old, it still has some great writing and characters. :)

A Legend of Dragoon remake would be amazing, as would a Wild Arms 2 remake. But those have been mentioned.

If I had to pick one of my all time favorite games that would be amazing to see redone, it would be Suikoden 2. I don't need to see it in super 3D graphics. Just update it a little with higher quality sprites or even go the way of Suikoden 5. 3D, but still colorful and anime-like. All that, along with some anime cut scenes and I would pay any amount of money to have it in my hand. :)

To answer the OP: Chrono Cross.  Not Chrono Trigger, which I think is just peachy in its 16 bit form, but Chrono Chross, which was already in 3D.
